This is the official website of the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas. Go to the home page, look to right side bar for Third Draft of the Agreement, click, then read all of it if you like, but be sure to go to the Final Provisions and look for the start date which is ratification by December 31, 2005. This draft was agreed upon two years ago and Americans don't know a thing about it. You'll see and learn about the Council that governs and about a thing called “Civil Society" that is the new society without an American Constitution; we'd have new rules and regulations.

President Bush One stated in a State of the Union Speech that he believed in the New World Order. It is a socialist order; based upon Marxist Socialism, a very small extremely wealthy elite (I call them Crones), and the rest of the masses all working on “parity" levels so what someone earns in India to do something is what they would earn in the United States to do the same thing (I call them Drones). When you hear people say or exclaim, “What are they trying to do, make us a Third World Country?" you are hearing the fears of Globalism, the new word for New World Order. They are absolutely right. That is the goal of Globalism, a controlled poverty level working class world-wide, serving a Global Elite. I'm sure you heard former Governor Hunt's explanation of labor under Globalism when he was introducing with great fanfare the In-State Tuition Bill in North Carolina. President Bush Two is for CAFTA, FTAA, and unlimited uncontrolled illegal immigration into the United States, even though it is his duty and sworn oath of office to uphold the law and prevent it.

There is nothing new about the concept. We studied it in political science or I did, 30 years ago. It was always a “something" hanging out there, but that had no chance of reality because of the Americans, who would never allow it. But, if you set a plan to sneak it in, through illegal immigration, flooding the nation with aliens with no allegiance to the United States from third world countries, you reap what you sow and become one. When the American People lose their economic and political power, they are no longer an obstacle to the New World Order or Globalism as it is now called.

What has enabled this to progress was the unthinkable, an active participation by the United States Government in the design and implementation of the agreements and treaties that make it possible through 3 Presidents in a row, two Bushes and one Clinton, all three graduates of Yale University and members of the Skull and Bones secret fraternity. Three spin masters and NO MEDIA REPORTING on the subject for almost 21 years has brought us to the end of the United States by December 31, 2005 if we don't stop them in their tracks.

This is a link to the text of the McCain Kennedy Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act. AT the time, it hadn't been assigned a bill number and this was the only place I could find it. It now has a bill number, US SB 1033. If you read it, you'll see there is no provision for controlling the borders that effects control or securing the borders. It is open borders. In addition, it does nothing to deport or remove aliens. Instead it legalizes every single alien here now that does not have a criminal record, key word, “record". It treats children of aliens as “minors" until they are 21, even though in the United States, American Children become adults when they turn 17 to increase the number of aliens who are allowed to remain in the US. Everything is to increase the numbers, not decrease the numbers. Look for the Other Workers sections, 30% of the world wide level may be given visas annually if they are capable of working unskilled work which is everyone who would possibly want to come here. The McCain Kennedy bill is a fraud in that it neither secures America or provides for any regulation of illegals into the United States. It does nothing to reduce the flow of aliens into the United States. It legalizes the presence; it legalizes new entries, without any controls to reduce the flow. It is pre-emptive Open Borders legislation. Notice the pay of wages sections: employers have to pay illegals the same as they pay Americans. So what does this mean? Americans will be paid what they pay the illegals if they can find a job. There are no protections of Americans either for the job or the pay scale. Everything in the document is to minimize the American People placed now in direct competition with any and everybody in the world who wants to enter the United States which under this bill, McCain Kennedy Secure America & Orderly Immigration Act would be legal. It provides amnesty to all existing illegals presently in the country that are working or going to school or related to someone who is; and it also provides amnesty to all employers who have hired illegals in the past. All the wrong-doing of this national tragedy is forgiven and more encouraged under McCain Kennedy.

This allows every nationality of illegal to come out of the closet and compete with American Workers in every field, low income, middle income, higher income and every level in between. This bill is not just about Mexicans, or Hispanics, or Latinos. This bill legalizes every Russian, every Asian, every European, every Middle Eastern, every East Indian, every South American, every Central American, every Chinese, and every Mexican here now which combined is close to 30,000,000 to 50,000,000 people---not that silly 12,000,000 number produced by the Pew Hispanic Center which operates off an endowment by Sun Oil Company.

There is no personal relationship or connection between Bush and Carlos Gutierrez. This selection, quite extraordinary, was based upon his connection to Mexico. NO one raised the question of his lack of education or the lack of personal connection to or roots in the United States. I don't know how much you know about genetically modified seeds. I didn't know much until the last few weeks as I stumble onto the connection between GM seeds, Mexico, and the fact that Kelloggs uses the grain from these plants in its cereals. It is a controversial product because of the imbedded toxin, Bt Toxin, which makes the seed pesticide resistant, toxic and sterile. NO human trials were performed on the food from these seeds and none were required by the FDA. Monsanto makes a lot of the seeds. Others are in the business too including DuPont and Novartis. It contaminates natural seed fields within a 50 to 100 miles radius. It kills honey bees, monarch butterflies, threatens the biota of the soil, other insects and birds and mammals. Yet, NO human trials were performed.

There are several others but it's late and I'll have to dig through to find them. They are talking about Global Taxes, a Global Army, Global Civil Society where individual rights don't really exist as we know them. An individual would express opinions through “associations". There is a UN document I found which described it in detail, but I can't find it, probably because I'm tired. To even think that the US tax payer has underwritten such discussions through the dues we pay is sickening. Our major corporations like CitiGroup and not-for-profits like the Ford Foundation paid for the last Summit to discuss this socialist crap.

Jim, there are many things that are not yet explained, but one thing is known for certain. International business conglomerates are pushing the United States into a non-entity. Why?

It took awhile for it to come to me. It is our Anti-Trust Laws that prevent monopoly. This allows international world-wide global monopoly of critical products like food. If genetically modified food is allowed to be grown world-wide, the few seed companies that developed the patented GM seeds will control the grain and other plant and tree markets of the world by controlling the seed. North Carolina is heavily involved in this type of plant and seed research and development in joint venture research projects with these companies.

The United States should not have used the Provisional Government of Iraq to pass a law that the people of Iraq may ultimately regret. This is a major decision that should have waited until after the free elections, the formation of their Constitution, and review and approval by the elected representative of the Nation of Iraq. I strongly supported the War in Iraq and still do. But I strongly object to what I have learned concerning the law on saving seeds in Iraq. There is a point where in a small country like Iraq, their farmland could be destroyed and incapable of growing anything BUT genetically modified foods. If during the course of the next few years as enough of the genetically modified plants also called transgenic plants have impacted wildlife and possibly humans, there will be no turning back. This is probably the case in vast portions of Mexico as well and why the nation depopulated these vast farmland areas spurring the massive emigration into the United States. Because American Agribusiness may have caused the problem, the United States has not taken steps to stop the flow irrespective of the monies claimed to have been spent. A few hundred Minute Men, who are not vigilantes or racists, (that is a smokescreen by the Open Borders Lobby) stopped it almost dead in its tracks sitting in lawn chairs, under umbrellas, sipping sweet tea. The Minute Man Project consists of Americans fed up with illegal immigration; they represent all types of Americans from all across the country; people who have lost jobs, people who have lost wages, people who have lost their peace of mind, people who have lost the quiet enjoyment of their neighborhoods, people who are bearing the brunt of this disaster called illegal immigration and people who have figured out that something is afoot and want to stop the flow while they try and figure out, “What in the World is Going On?"

Through the entire history of our Nation, Americans and rightly so have relied upon our Media and Press to answer these questions. We are not accustomed to working without resources to catching up on the past 21 years of political and business events that are about to take our country away from us. Traditionally, we have relied upon those who work every day following these events and that have the resources to research, investigate, inquire, and report the news and events important to our society, our nation and our people .. our Free Press and Media.

Americans are very capable people. We can and will get the story out, but it is the duty of our media and press to do it. Americans not only support the media, they support the companies that advertise in the media, they also lay their lives down to protect the First Amendment so our Media and Press have certain rights under the right of Free Speech to write the truth about Saddam's Under-Shorts, Andrea Bazan-Manson's Party for her Politicians, and one would think, something once in awhile on behalf of American Citizens who underwrite it all.

The Main Stream News Media is on the verge of losing credibility with the American People because of the failure to accurately report the circumstances, impact, effects, and political undertows of massive illegal immigration into the United States being totally ignored by this President and much of Congress despite pleas for the past several years from Governors, Citizens and Workers to enforce the law with virtually no reporting on the issue by the Media and Press.

In sum and closing for now, this is the biggest story in the history of our Nation. At a press conference on social security, a few weeks ago, every American sat poised to hear our President address the Nation on the issue of borders, illegal immigration, troops to the borders, the Minute Man Project after he finished his talk on social security. But, he offered to all of our disappointments not one syllable on the biggest event of the entire week..and NOT ONE REPORTER asked him one question about it. All vestiges of hope that any of us had, that this President is not what he was appearing to be, were lost at the end of that Press Conference. Most of us are Republicans. Most of us are Professionals. Most of us supported this President, his Father, and every Republican candidate and official throughout the United States our entire lives and are Republicans because we were born Republicans with Families that have always been Republicans. This makes this pill much bitterer than if we were Democrats and could blame it on “politics".

It takes just one reporter to break the story. I hope it will be you. If I can help you in any way, I'll do whatever it takes.

Just ask yourself before you begin if the Elon Poll was accurate and the majority of people in North Carolina supported the In-State Tuition Bill, why did it falter and fail? It certainly had all the big money behind it; it had all the academics behind it; it had all the not-for-profits behind it; it had 26 sponsors clinging to it until it died and the nails were in its coffin. It had everything but the one thing it needed and that was the majority of North Carolinians behind it and despite all these fancy tales from the sponsors trying to admit defeat without admitting they were caught red-handed and defeated with cause, the bill is wrong and will never be accepted because North Carolinians know the truth. I believe even though many of us worked extremely hard to get up to speed on what in the world was going on and by the grace of God and certain knowledge some of us possessed to connect the dots and find a Truth, in the end, I believe the Truth found US.

There is a line already clearly and permanently drawn in the sand. There is a right side and a wrong side. The American People are on the right side. Anyone not on that side with them is on the wrong side. There is no gray area now. There is no barter. There is no compromise. People are ready and willing to fight this out in the streets. Americans despise traitors and liars and tricksters. Anyone who thinks that Nationalism is dead in the United States is wrong. The whole world is watching US to see what the Americans are going to do. Every citizen of our friendly nations is waiting to see if Americans are still who they think we are. I can assure them from what I know about the American People, that we are still who we have always been and this crap won't fly here. Sure, Americans have been patient, busy, and asleep while our politicians and corporations have been busy sneaking around behind our backs to end our Nation.

Anyone who thinks, now that this cat is out of the bag, that Americans will accept this under any circumstance is grossly mistaken.

The sooner Main Stream Media gets in on this business of telling the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth the sooner our elected officials will know that it's time to stop this very dangerous game and either do their jobs which is simply to represent the American People or Get Out of Town.

Again you rant uncontrollably. Please name the specific free trade agreements that did not exist prior to George W. Bush's term and which have been ratified. I count about a half-dozem minor agreements that are simply extensions of GATT. As most people (and probably you as well) know, we have been committed to various trade pacts for decades, but that many of them were either obviated by or rolled into the General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs that created the WTO. Most of these agreements were either already being negotiated pursuant the WTO before the Bush administration (because Clinton didn't have time to get them negotiated and ratified) or are only in the discussion phase and have not been ratified, but Judy Sheehan here is convinced that this President and this President alone is responsible for all the ills of the world. That is an extremely CHILDISH and unproductive viewpoint, but it is one that many extremists masquerading as activists hold.

So, "Judy," please document the signing dates of these agreements that have actually been ratified or admit that you are again just whistling (or something) into the wind. There are only about a half-dozen minor trade agreements between the US and relatively small trading partners (like Bahrain) or between the US and close allies (like Australia) that have been ratified under Bush and, again, these were all outgrowiths of the implementation of the WTO, which was ratified under Clinton.

Just so that my words or intent are not twisted, I am not denying that Bush, his daddy, or any of the major candidates for the last couple of decades are not pro- free trade. Indeed, all that we have had is a parade of globalists in the White House for most of my lifetime. I agree wholeheartedly that this is something that we have to change, which is why I am working on my plan to get it changed. You had rather take the ridiculous approach that getting rid of this one President is the solution to all our problems, which is just goofy. It would be akin to pro-democracy Soviets thinking that replacing Kruschev with Brezhnev was going to change anything. Are you truly so simple as to believe that after impeaching Bush and Cheney, Pelosi would have any different take on free trade?
