NoBueno - What happened is Nebraskans were asleep at the wheel - we weren't paying attention and the media kept a tight lid on Illegal Alien activity and until 2006 when Illegal Aliens and their supporters marched in our streets across our country - most of of didn't even know we had a problem.

By then, the ultra liberals had their hooks into our educational system, healthcare, community organizations and our legislature.

When we started out in 2006, the hostility and name calling of Racist, hatemonger, the noisy people, by our politicians was astounding. We have been police escorted out of immigration "discussions" "summits" and not for anything violent, that was for asking questions in opposition of their views and agenda.

It doesn't sound like it but we have made a difference - it would be super if some of the other organizations in this state would support our efforts.

Having to support the American born children and their perpetually pregnant illegal alien mothers is costing this country dearly. Health departments across the country are filled to the brim with pregnant illegals and no questions are asked when they present for taxpayer funded care. They should be reported and deported before they can give birth on U.S. soil. The demographics of America are changing rapidly due to anchor baby citizens and it needs to stop!

RE: LB1110 Special provision to include pre-natal care for Ilegal Alien women under the SCHIP program.

Dear Senator Campbell:

After second glance it looks as though LB1110 is solely for the benefit of Illegal Alien pregnant women. It gives Illegal Alien pregnant women priority or preferential treatment OVER American women? Since you prefer to represent Illegal Aliens at the physical and financial expense of Nebraska taxpayers to the extent of bastardizing our state and federal laws I have no choice but to make sure every one of your constituents are made aware of your actions.

The approximate cost to Nebraskans for prenatal care with NO complications was reported by HHS at $950 x 1,000 Illegal Aliens = $950,000.00 - That's $950,000.00 that is NOT going to Nebraska women. Federal law mandates we pay for labor/delivery. The national average cost for a vaginal birth with NO complications $17,000. x 1,000 Illegal Aliens = $17M - the cost for a c-section with NO complications is $25,000. x 1,000 Illegal Aliens = $25M. Then add in the $950,000.00 for prenatal care x 40% that Nebraskans have to pay. The bottom line cost to Nebraskans is roughly $7M + (vaginal birth) and $10M + (c-section). I will be requesting HHS report these 1,000 Illegal Alien's names and addresses to ICE for deportation.

I hope you consider who you represent and who pays your salary - because it's not children or Illegal Aliens who pay taxes or vote. Perhaps you should put Nebraskans first by doing something to STOP the flow of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION to Nebraska instead of encouraging it. Perhaps you should take a look at 8 U.S.C. 1324 which covers the areas of aiding, abetting, inducing, encouraging or harboring Illegal Aliens and EMTALA Section 1867(a) which covers a NO FRILLS emergency treatment labor/deliveryfor Illegal Aliens and NE LB403. You may also want to look at the 100+ Nebraska citizens' posts that were made within two days of LB1110 announcement - any potential for a lawsuit?

Thnx Mayday - I appreciate the feedback because I never know when I've gone too far.

The public hearing for LB1110 is set for Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 1:30 pm in Room 1510 at the Capitol Building in Lincoln.

We need as many people to show up as possible and note that the supporters for this type of bill usually get there early to take up all of the seats in the hearing room - so get there early and save seats for the opposition.

1. If you do not want to testify you may sign in on the sheet checking the "Oppose" box.
2. If you do want to testify, fill out the form, located on the desk as you enter the hearing room. Hold onto it until you go up to testify then hand it to the clerk. The Chairman will go over the proceedings.
3. Not everyone gets a chance to testify so be sure to email or call in your opposition to this bill prior to the hearing date and TIME.

If I lived in Nebraska, I would write my representative and senator stating that if this legislation goes through, I would be at the county health departments offering free rides to every pregnant illegal to private physicians in the toniest of neighborhoods.

The problem is that the people who make these decisions do not live, work or interact with these invaders. They are not forced to wait in line behind an illegal with sniffles when they go to the ER with chest pain. They don't have their neighborhoods trashed, instead they have their homes cleaned by them.

I would be sure that they knew I would be carting the barrio to their wives, neighbors and friends.
