I don't get it. Does the cemetary not have the right to kick these people off of private property? Officials don't want to violate the rights of illegals; then why can't I camp out in front of a 7-11 without being ticketed, and then arrested if I still refuse to leave? This is just more proof that US laws only apply to US citizens, NOT illegals. If a kid breaks a jar of Ragu sauce and someone slips in it, the store is only held liable if they knew about the spillage and didn't act on it. If they don't act on a known problem, then they are held liable for negligence. You can't say our gov't doesn't know about the invasion and colonization that is turning us into a mirror image of Mexico. The best part is when they say it's not their job, it's the feds job -the same feds who for the past 20 years have done NOTHING to stop the invasion, even with a multitude of high profile crimes being committed by illegals. A football coach with a record like that would be fired so darn fast your head would spin. All this crap gives proof that the North American Union is alive and they'll do whatever it takes to bring it about. Think about it, how can a citizen of the NAU be illegal inside NAU borders?

Removing them from the cemetary is NOT a good idea unless it is by ICE and they are deported.

If they are just removed from the cemetary they will become a burden somewhere else........

Amazing and again our local law enforcement is a huge helpless waste of taxpayer money, the sad part nothing will be done until an innocent American is murdered, GOD help the victum and their family.

We need to get on our congressmen when they get back, they must change the law of just being here a civil offence and they must give more power or law enforcement so they can ask about status and get these people deported.

I also am going to print this out and send it and everything else I find on day workers to Senator Craig the father of the AG'S bill. This is what we are going to have to do to get our politicians attention, believe me when I say they are oblivious to what is happening in our towns!!!

The "law enforcement" in the town as well as the mayor seem to be proficient at passing the buck.I have a sneaking suspicion if the assualt victim had been their wife or daughter this problem would have been solved and the "vagrants" would be GONE.
couple of questions-Where do these vagrants go in the winter?
Has anyone visiting deceased loved ones complained or do they just stay away because of the problem? Isn't there some kind of maintenence crew to upkeep the cemetary and if so, what kind of problems have they been encountering with/from the vagrants?

This has really got to stop: illegals drunk, sitting around in their underwear, urinating in and disrespecting the sanctity of our graveyards. Bet the mayor is in bed with the business community. This is just the leavings of a bigger illegal ailen problem in the town.

It is time for voters to hold local officials accountable for there excuses.
