    Criminals are separated from their families every day - when they go to jail. These criminals want special treatment? HELL NO! At least these criminals have the choice of bringing their families back to live freely in their home countries. No special treatment, no amnesty, no excuses. DEPORT them all.

    In New York City, the Department of Correction allows federal officials to interview, detain and take custody of prisoners believed to be in violation of immigration law, the report says.
    NYC does NOT contact ICE unless a murder or rape is committed. ICE however has the authority to interview, detain and take custody of prisoners believed to be in violation of immigration law in any jail anywhere in the nation.

    Aptly named "Immigration Reform Starts Here," the report makes concrete policy recommendations for the city and the state to protect immigrants and their families.
    Under the "Immigration Nationality Act of 1986" it is called "aiding and abetting" get it right and stop the rehtoric!!
