Alabama House Speaker Mike Hubbard, a Republican, said the legislation — signed into law in June by Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley — will survive any court challenge. When is the Federal Government going to sued for not enforcing the law and putting citizens at risk. Every state can document citizens that have been killed or maimed by illegals.
