Illegal immigrant goes to prison for 6 years after raping a 16 year old

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (FOX19) - An illegal Mexican immigrant will spend the next 6 years in prison for raping a 16 year old in June.

Armando Hernandez was convicted of all charges against him, Friday. He was convicted of abducting, raping and attempting to rape the 16 year old girl at the Red Roof Inn in Deerfield Township.

Hernandez raped the 16 year old 3 times in one hour.

He has a Immigration and Customs Enforcement holder, meaning that he will probably be deported back to Mexico after his prison sentence is up.

The 16 year old did not her attacker which is something that is rare in Warren County. Most rape cases in Warren County involve people that know each other.

This is plainly cultural discrimination! The poor guy was just practicing RAPTO which is natural where he comes from. Americans are so racist when they fail to understand such cultural differences and expect these "New Americans" to conform to our moral codes.

This POS scum bag get 6 years for the abduction and rape of a 16 year old girl! That's all? He'll be out in 3 (if not sooner), deported and back within a month of release, probably to do it all over again.

Ditto! A black or white American convicted of the same charges would have received 15 to life on something like this. Here, it certainly sounds as if the jugde was taking into consideration the "cultural differences, " which lead these invaders to behave like animals when sentencing this invader from mexico.
