California’s squatter problem just got worse…

In this 29 September 2026 published video, host Cash Jordan talks about how squatters and thieves are taking over properties and living large in LA neighborhoods. This includes filing false legal property deeds, moving items in and out of the property and generally upsetting the neighbors.

The San Francisco City Attorney has just filed a lawsuit against the individuals with long criminal histories after neighbors say alleged squatters took over a $4 million home in the Sea Cliff neighborhood. This may not end well, since California’s laws have too often favored unlawful occupants over property owners.

Last year, one of the alleged squatters contacted a local real estate agent to sell the house for cash and a group of people showed up at the property for the open house. The fake sale never happened, the scam failed after public warnings were presented.
