Please, ALIPAC'ers need your help....Congressman Patrick Murphy a co-sponsor of the SAVE Act refuses to sign it...now the party line is that they don't want to bypass procedures...the truth is NANCY Pelosi gave all Democrats in the HOUSE their marching orders NOT to sign the discharge petition b/c she wants to introduce her newest AMNESTY bill. Luckily, two PA House dems HAVE signed it...but this Freshman Democrat won't. Please leave your comments at the end of this article...and call Cong. Patrick Murphy.

Murphy won't rush immigration bill through House

Despite pressure from his Republican challenger, Congressman Patrick Murphy will not join a GOP-initiated effort to bring an illegal immigration enforcement bill to a speedy House vote.

Murphy, D-8, is actually a sponsor of the bill, but is not willing to rush the proposed legislation to a vote by sidestepping normal committee rules and bypassing a hearing at which the bill could be improved, according to Adam Abrams, a Murphy spokesman.

However, Tom Manion, the Doylestown Township pharmaceutical executive running against Murphy in this year's 8th District race, said the bill is a real effort to address illegal immigration in this country, an issue Congress has long stalled in fixing.

....a tip from a friend says that Murphy who endorses and has been meeting with Hussain Obama .....has promised to tow OBAMA's "amnesty for all" line and in exchange at a recent meeting with OBAMA....OBAMA indicated that "Murphy was special"....perhaps a lucrative appointment has been discussed....as long as Murphy doesn't pursue the SAVE Act.

This excuse is lame. Pelosi put HR 1-6 on the floor without going to committees in the first 100 days she was speaker. This is a lame and inexcusable.

When to talk to his office let him know you are aware of Pelosi's move with these bills and her ploy to placate the Hispanic caucus who is behind this. Does she and he represent American citizens or only a special interest group and race.
