I sent an EM alert to CNN for Lou Dobbs after I read your post. (Use Ask.com & enter CNN.) I hope they got it along with a lot of others.

This illegal immigration thing is gotton sooooo out of hand! The Benidict Isscarriot Club on Cap Hill really needs to stop spinning on their thumbs and enforce US immigration law. Like some one asked, where is ICE?

If these folks went to Mexico, where they really need to protest the corrupt Gov (riviling our own), they would ALL be arrested, not just a chosen few. Talk about double standards. In Mexico illegal immigration is a FELONY that carries a two year prison sentance. Do that here

I am so dissappointed in my City that I love so much. I am a 2nd generation Angelina. I am a minority in many ways.

1.- I am latina/lebanese

2.- I am 3rd generation democrat

3.- I was a former Union Shop Steward

4.- I voted Republican for the first time during the Governor's recall because I woke up, grew up and I've had ENOUGH!!

I have lost many friends/family because of my change of heart. It's OK!! I'm right (no punn intended) and they're hopelessly emotional.

Quoting Tammy Bruce: "I am Democrat because I say so!!". However, singing Cumbaya these days is literally assisting in our State & our Country to literally go to POT (again, no punn intended!!). My family did not serve in Korea, Viet Nam & the Gulf war in vain.

I live walking distance from LAX. I am afraid to attend the protest today because I will be followed home. I know my "People" especially when they're emotional & angry!!. ALIPAC suggests going in groups. My group doesn't support me. So sad.

Therefore, for now....I will express my opinion through phone call, faxes & financial support to those brave US Citizens called the "Minutemen" who make me very very proud to be an American.

I'm glad you found us. We are trying hard to save our country. It is so frustrating when you can see so clearly where all of this is headed and yet you still can't get some people to pull their head out of the sand! I guess people are to afraid to leave their comfort zone. The thing is there is no longer a comfort zone to hide in, at least not for me. My head got pulled out of the sand and I can't put it back in. Sometimes I wish I could, but then I would be living in fantasy land.

Centiniela ER in Inglewood is closing in December. This is the 10th ER in 3 years this side of the tracks. Reason? Illegals use ER room for medical services.

I won't make this my SOAPBOX for my experience with the corruption living across the border. I'll save it for another forum. All I know is that our family could not get any medical assistance without a check book in hand. Enough said for now. GOTTA COOL OFF!!
