That's not how I remember it, but I could be wrong. Seems King came out shortly after the so-called dreamer plan was made public with his threatened lawsuit. I didn't hear about the ICE lawsuit until after I heard about King's original plan to file a lawsuit. Oh well, does it really matter if the chicken came before the egg or the egg before the chicken?
