    I've seen this clip before......what I don't understand is it's been there 20 years. Now I don't know what it's like in other areas but everyplace I've been you can't even park a camper for extended periods in a camp ground when your paying for spot.....let alone set up a camp and just live there. They wouldn't even allow kids to build a little fort in an empty, tree filled lot and they weren't "living" there. I'm not talking major construction....just leaning a board up or 2.

    It's not going to hit the elite that's theres a problem because too many have 1 nice gardner or something and kids in private schools......so it's not touching them directly. Just like everything it's not a problem till they're effected.

    Rancho Penasquitos.
    That's even more interesting. When I worked at Rancho Bernardo one of my co-workers lived in Rancho Penasquitos. Anyone know the latest news?
