OK, it seems all have a story that attempts to provide reason for a deportee's release to commit murder. I would charge the Sheriff and Jeh Johnson and let a grand jury sort out the perps involved. It could be both are guilty of some dirty deed.

I want hard sanctions on S.F., very hard! They must be hard enough that Houston, Dallas and 273 other American cities do not want to accept the risk of being accused and change their ways next week.
