An Arizona sheriff says he has been flooded with calls and emails of support from local and federal agents who back his claims that the U.S. Border Patrol has effectively ordered them to stop apprehending illegal immigrants crossing the U.S.-Mexican border.

“Upper management has advised supervisors to have agents ‘turn back South’ (TBS) the illegal aliens (aka bodies) they detect attempting to unlawfully enter the country … at times you even hear supervisors order the agents over the radio to 'TBS' the aliens instead of catching them,â€

It seems that Janet Napolitano is willing to allow US citizens to be put at risk to get her numbers down so that she can say the border is secure.

I am thinking that the only transparency about this Administraion are the lies they tell and the manipulations they perpetrate on us.

If the Republicans really wanted to win, instead of fighting over who gets to be President, they should run a full cabinet to replace Napolitano, Salazar, Woo etc. Just thinking....

The USA needs to give the illegals incentives NOT to return. By that perhaps warnings that they could face deadly force in the future if they are seen crossing the border. I know we have guidelines here on this site but I also know that the methods currently being used are not working. More aggressive methods need to be implimented.(mod edit). I have tried to remain within the bounderies of ethics of this site but my feeling are really strong that more action needs to be instituted along the border as well as within our communities.

They are loading up for the big takeover and I sure ain't falling to ANY FORM of a NAU.............and neither are my friends in Canada.

We have to vote Obama and his Demos out. They are a bunch of incompetent individuals. Time for Obama and the Demos to go. DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS NOW.

I, for one, believe Sheriffs Dever and Babeu way before I would believe any thing from Napolitano...Why does this woman (?) hate the state she was former Governor of so much? Why is she allowed to manipulate numbers so badly???

All is NOT WELL on the Southern Front, but if any of us attempted to perpetuate such a fraud... we'd be locked up and the key thrown away!

2012 is coming and when she loses her job...let her come crawling back to AZ. I, for one, would love to host a desert party for her.

Heard Sheriff Babeu talk about the border, etc today on the radio. Was very informative and interesting. He is trying his best to get the truth out about our open border and esp the violence because of it.
