There are a lot of new people registering here everyday.
I want to make sure they all get the opportunity to read this speech.
So I am going to BTTT and try to keep it there for a while. Hope you all don't mind. But this speech is just validation for everything we have all been trying to say. It is why we are all here.

Proud and all, Dana Rohrbacher also gave a speech at the fundraiser for the BP agents' families in DC at "Hold Their feet to the Fire." It was absolutely rousing, moving, and different than this speech, which was given to members of the House. I have been hoping that the video of his speech will be posted because I think it blew everyone away. It was one of those patriotic and even "presidential" speeches, was a call to arms (figuratively speaking!), and could have come from someone in the revolutionary era. I really hope it gets posted. This man is on fire!

This man is fantastic!

I'm not sure if anyone taped that one because we were all just absolutely in awe of this man and the speech he gave. Just thinking about it now raises the hairs on the back of my neck (and I shave my head!)

I was absolutely blown away. I had never seen him speak before and to be standing about 5 feet from him while he did is something I will never forget (I shook his hand immediately after!)

I have a few photos of it. I'll check around and see if anyone had it on video or audio.









I'd highly suggest if you ever get the chance to see a speech by this man, that you do so.

You know that feeling you get when you hear the Rocky music start playing? (at least if you're Italian )

That's the feeling I get everytime I think of that speech.

Yes, I agree - I had the same reaction. We rarely hear speeches like this anymore!
