There is chaos in the USA concerning the future of the “12 million illegal aliensâ€

•Alabama

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR est.): 60,000
Costs of Illegal Aliens (2005 FAIR) $112,000,000
House Republicans announced mid August they will seek to “push an illegal immigration bill similar to the recently approved Arizona law.â€

•California

Illegal Alien Population (FAIR est. 200: 3,200,000
Costs of Illegal Aliens (2005 FAIR) $10,540,000,000

The cities of Fresno, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Jose and Sonoma County became sanctuary areas with “don’t ask, don’t tell just send the checksâ€

•Delaware

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR est.): 30,000

Being 2,000 miles from the Mexican border was not enough for the state to escape the invasion. Republican Councilman John Jaremchuk already proposed a law similar to the Hazelton, PA law and was defeated in 2005. Elsmere was a focal point of the confrontation as the local, mostly blue collar population was overrun by Mexicans. The state will not issue license plates to those unable to prove legal status in the U.S. The Reclaim American Jobs Caucus a group formed by U.S. Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas) estimates around 20,000 illegals (200 working or seeking work in the state while 38,600 of the locals were unemployed.

Bob Cuncic, from the Patriots' Kent County illegal immigration committee:
"There is a lot that goes into the costs of illegal aliens - illegal immigration - from the free health care, schooling, public housing, food stamps, school lunches, English teachers, to the printing of Spanish signs" and "Not to mention the crime. Unless you are keeping daily figures, you can only estimate." On medical benefits he stated: "The taxpayers pay for it, and we know the costs are high."

Illegal aliens are not eligible for food stamps in the state but they receive Medicaid, only for emergency services and child delivery.


•District of Columbia

They are jamming to this tiny area monthly by the thousands and they are received with love, understanding and immediate welfare checks by you know who.

Money flows in wide rivers in this surrealistic worker’s paradise where the Marxist Clown rules over a land of utopia. The world’s most expensive metro system mile for mile is slowly disintegrating under the blows of the new ruling class in la-la-land.

In July of 2010 the city council voted to prohibit the police department to join the Secure Communities program.

•Idaho

Proposal has been submitted to mirror the Arizona law. State Sen. Mike Jorgenson, a Hayden Lake Republican has submitted the bill that was defeated. A gang of politicians and local businessmen made the difference to bring down the bill. Jorgenson said: "As they say, there's always next year, if nothing else," The first time some illegals will commit a murder or other major crimes the locals will reexamine the issue most likely. Jorgenson is going the extra mile: “Cut off any states funds to cities who want to be “sanctuariesâ€

•Maine

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR est): 5,000

The whole state was declared a sanctuary area by an executive order of Governor John Baldacci (2004) with “don’t ask, don’t tell just send the checksâ€

•Nebraska

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR estimate) 40,000
State Sen. Charlie Janssen of Fremont is planning to
introduce a mirror image of the Arizona law in January of 2011.

Four years ago Republican Gov. Dave Heineman was already paying serious attention to the illegal alien issue as the meatpacking plans and agriculture in general was being flooded with illegals. Today, as a strongly favored incumbent he promises to carry the issue on: He is promising as one of his first acts after elections to follow in the footsteps of Arizona’s SB 1070 and untie the hands of the state police when it comes to dealing with the illegal aliens – in the face of the federal suit against Arizona. He said: “I’m very adamant about this — the federal government has failed to solve the immigration issueâ€

•Oklahoma

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR est): 85,000

House Bill 3381 passed the House in March and was sent to the Senate. The bill would require schools to check the citizenship of all new students.

Ed Martinez from the Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce compared the situation to the Holocaust: "Bad things like this have led to worse things. With all due respect to the Holocaust and everything else, Hitler's final solution started with a registration of anyone that was of the Jewish faith. That's how it started and that's how this is starting now."

Oklahoma is Ok.

•South Carolina

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR est.): 75,000

A close duplicate of the Arizona law was introduced already in late April, H. 4919 and was signed by 19 members of the Senate. The state’s unemployment rate is above 12 percent and liberals believe that the bill has a very high chance to pass. The bill criminalizes for illegal aliens to apply for, ask for or perform work in the state. Sen. Larry Grooms, R-Bonneau, introduced a bill that would allow officers of the law to check legal status based on "reasonable suspicion," and that is exactly the way of Arizona.

A bill was already signed into law that assures that employers in the state have to use the E-verify system to verify legal status of all employees.


•South Dakota

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR est.): 5,000

Gov. Mike Rounds and Attorney General Marty Jackley stated in July that the state will file a "friend of the court" legal brief to back Arizona’s immigration law and that is as clear as it gets.


•Tennessee

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR est.): 110,000
Sen. Bill Ketron, a Republican’s estimate: 150,000
Cost of Illegal Aliens (2007 FAIR): $283,000,000

Sen. Bill Ketron, a Republican, will introduce a measure in January of 2011 that would automatically criminalize all illegal aliens in the state. He is trying to avoid conflicts with state laws while drafting the planned legislation. The president of the Nashville Bar Association is vehemently opposed to the bill. They are building an organization: "Tennessee for All of Us," to ensure the enrichment of the state.

•Washington

Illegal Alien Population (2008 FAIR est.): 225,000

Illegals from Arizona and Colorado are on the run and most go to Washington State where there is love, understanding and welfare checks waiting for them.

Mexican Pride parades are common on the streets and often violent, many of the locals already feel threatened in their own towns. Illegals get full medical coverage for free by checking a box “illegalâ€
