Include everything!

jay-walking, littering, urinated in public, sexual harassment, working at a business under the table or using fraudulent documents...... everything and anything.

Its not supposed to be easy entering a country illegally and then expect to maintain a lifestyle of cherries and roses.

Prohibited landlords from renting housing to illegals, break apart the make-shift trailer parks and tent cities.

Make them miserable and force them to go back to where ever they came from.
