Thread: TV documentary puts Gould Construction in spotlight

I think that it is obvious that there is so much corruption going on that it is hard to keep ones focus. Everytime another injustice committed against the American public rears its ugly head there are numerous others popping up behind it. It just blows me away.

Very well put. And the way we are headed, every American worker is going to be forced to accept the lowest global common denominator wage for whatever job they work. If somone in India, Guatamala, or China will do your job for 1/3 of the pay you recieve now, you will have the choice of either accepting that wage...or starving.

.....and that is no choice for any American to have to make. I am so glad that so many Americans stand united to fight against this menace fueled by corruption and greed.

I just hope that everyone here votes and acts on all the talk here, letting their senators and congressmen know how they'll lose their jobs if they dont listen to the people of amercia. I hope you are all involved with groups that protest this mess of illeagal immigration to our represenatives.

Definitely not just talk.....lots of action!

I'm actually in the process of watching the Tom Brokaw special at this moment. I have to segments left to watch. (via American patrol) The immediate thought that crossed my mind about Gould Construction and their credibility is the brother that does the hiring will turn people away, but he doesn't seem to have the wherewithal to call ICE on them or tare up the phoney documents that he says are so phoney looking it is obvious.

It is also so disheartening to see an elementary school that was once predominantly attended by American citizens, turn into a school of over 90 percent Hispanic in such a short time, filled with anchor babies.

Also shame on the local authorities who don't enforce zoning laws on the number of people allowed to live per household.

Shame on Tom Brokaw for still using the "11 million" illegal figure.

The show just ended and I'd say Brokaw showed some bias, but it wasn't extreme. The real bias problem comes from the American citizens who because of their fear of being labeled "racist" or feel that out of their charitable heart, or like the Goulds who have their profit motive at the root of their actions, perpetuate the support and expansion of illegal aliens entering the United States.

I too would have liked to have seen the root cause of why the legal employee didn't show up for work after a couple of days on the job. I could have been a myriad of so many things, but it would have been interesting to explore. The reason could have generated Tom Brokaw's next special report for all we know.

It could have been a lot of different reasons, but the usual is stated below.
It is an email comment from the Gould article. Yes , It would have made a good follow up special.

I signed Gould construction up on wehirealiens.com maybe 6 months to a year ago because of an article in my local paper where he spouted off that he "thought" he hired illegal aliens but couldn't prove it:

Sad thing is this company gets alot of state contracts in Colorado for construction work.
