I remember back in the 80's when I lived in No. VA, Montgomery Co, MD was considered wealthy and upscale. The region had yet to be invaded at the time.

I had a friend that lived in a townhouse in Herndon, VA, near Dulles airport. She call it the slums of Herndon. She had a beagle that she let run around outside. Once, she asked me to get the dog. I found the dog outside of an end-unit townhouse. She had a frozen chicken in the dirt. The Hispanic family that lived there had put the chicken outside in a dish pan of water to thaw in the sun, I guess. I hurried the dog back to her home.

A 18 and 17 year male, one being an adult, fresh from Guatemala & El Salvador were allowed to register in the same class as 14 year old teenagers? Neither of these two even speak English. Whatever happened to common sense. They have different features than mexicans but speak the same language, so fairly easy to discern where they are from. They are all over the place now and it seems we are paying for their existence as most don't seem to work but sleep late, hang in their doorways shirtless in groups on their smart phones.
