We've seen judges bar too many cases similar to this situation. It's so obvious they're in cahoots with the elitists. That's the only thing that explains it because just plain old common sense seems to be gone almost every direction I turn!

Isn't it strange how it always comes back to the CFR? You might say 'Not really'. We literally have the MOB running this country. Breyer and Bush are gangsters.

This further illustrates that we must agree to absolutely NO form of any amnesty, "pathways" etc. whatsoever. The OBL whines that it's the "federal government's job" whenever cities or states crack down on illegal immigration. Then when the federal government finally steps in and proposes relatively mild steps, the OBL sues them too.

No, such people are enemies of America.

I don't think they are CFR-type globalists. They just want to bring down the U.S..

Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

If identities are being stolen to obtain employment then there will be other ways to approach this problem and no judge can stop the arrest for documentation fraud so this is far from over IMHO. Raids can and will continue.... I hope.

Breyer replied that the government could ask a higher court to intervene. Dupre [Justice Dept. attorney] did not indicate his intentions.
Well, this will show the Bush administration's intentions. If they don't ask a higher court to intervene, this will show once again that they want cheap illegal labor to keep on flowing.

U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer extended for up to 10 days a temporary restraining order issued Aug. 31 by another federal judge in San Francisco, preventing the rule from taking effect
10 days! Why extend it for 10 days!
The one thing the government gets right in a long time, is being held up by the COURT?! INSANE.
