Civil rights commissioner blasts Obama's lawless immigration plan
The Federalist Papers often bring up subjects and arguments made in the opinion articles—written during the same period—that we now refer to as The Antifederalist Papers. Today, TV and internet pundits discuss many of the same Constitutional issues. The Federalist Papers teach that debates over the Constitution will not always be based "on the best interests of our society, unbiased by less noble interests not connected with the public good. CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSIONER BLASTS OBAMA'S LAWLESS IMMIGRATION PLAN

President Barack Obama’s use of executive action on his controversial immigration policy has led to numerous political leaders, organizations and news commentators to accuse him of executive overreach and to the intense criticism that he is leading the most non-transparent administration in direct contradiction of his promise in 2008, according to the New York Times on Monday. One of the loudest Obama critics is a federal employee whose job it is to protect minority civil rights.
One of Obama's fiercest accusers is an African American member of the United States Commission on Civil Rights who bashed President Obama's illegal immigration plan saying the president's policies will lead to unemployment for black American citizens as well as having a negative impact on wages and job opportunities for African Americans especially male blacks, according to a Washington, D.C., legal watchdog group on Monday.
In a letter he originally sent on Aug. 5, 2014, to President Obama, Commissioner Peter Kirsanow, strongly condemned Obama's plans to pronounce authorization to work in the U.S. to millions of illegal aliens, according to Judicial Watch, a group that has been a thorn in the sides of many of Obama's minions.
The letter uses Obama's and his administration's own rationale for minority civil rights. Kirsanow invokes the term "disparate impact on the basis of national origin" and he writes that amnesty by fiat would be unlawful discrimination "because it will disproportionately benefit a particular group—Mexicans and Central Americans—and disproportionately disadvantage other ethnic groups."
According to political strategist Michael Baker, Obama is not alone in his zeal to help illegal aliens despite its negative impact on U.S. citizens of color. Both Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rev. Al Sharpton are all for amnesty even if it hurts the people they claim to represent. Polls show that the majority of blacks oppose amnesty for illegal aliens.
Kirsanow, who is an African-American lawyer with an Ivy League degree, is also a member of the controversial National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and a well-respected "Inside the Beltway" attorney.
“Any grant of legal status will serve as a magnet to prospective illegal immigrants and further depress employment opportunities and wages for African-Americans,” Kirsanow said in his letter to President Obama. “Given that the labor force participation rate is at a historic low, the unemployment rate is 6.2 percent and there has been a precipitous decline in household wealth, the timing for such a grant of legal status could not be worse.”
The Ivy League law school graduate also provided testimony given, and research conducted, by recognized experts to provide evidence of his letter's assertions.
In his five-page letter to Obama, Kirsanow stated, “Illegal immigration has a discernible negative effect on black employment. This is because illegal immigrants and blacks are disproportionately low skilled and often compete for the same jobs, according to one scholar cited by the commissioner. Other research has found that illegal immigrants had displaced U.S. citizens in industries that had traditionally employed large numbers of African-Americans, such as meatpacking."
“Granting legal status to millions of people who are in the United States illegally will continue to depress the wages and employment opportunities of African-American men and teenagers,” Kirsanow wrote.
Recognizing that Obama fancies himself a constitutional scholar, Kirsanow reminded the president that his planned action would be a violation of the law according to Title VII. Title VII is an important section of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. And using a favorite argument by Obama about what's fair and unfair, the civil rights commissioner reminds POTUS that granting amnesty to illegal aliens is unfair to those people overseas who wish to enter the United States legally, according to Judicial Watch.
