Two undocumented immigrants are accused of using false identities to obtain driver's licenses from PennDot locations.

Police say in exchange for money and controlled substances, two undocumented immigrants used a Landenberg man's address to conceal their whereabouts.

According to reports, Richard Pimental Rodriguez used the name, birth certificate and social security card in the name of a stolen identity at Media, Pennsylvania driver's license center.

Police said, Elio Soto also used false documents in the name of a stolen identity in July.

Both men were charged with forgery, identity theft, tampering with records or identification, unsworn falsification to authorities and other related charges.
