Undocumented workers
Brown County panel urges feds to stem undocumented workers

Undocumented workers have captured the attention of the Brown County Public Safety Committee.
The committee approved a resolution Wednesday night that encourages the federal government to appoint a full-time immigration officer to Northeastern Wisconsin, even though many members said they didn’t expect it to happen.
Supervisor Earl Van den Heuvel said he proposed the resolution because “they (undocumented workers) are filling up our jails and our schools. He said he wants more illegal aliens deported from the area.
The committee members want a copy of the resolution sent to U.S. Rep. Mark Green, and ask him to their next meeting to discuss their concerns.
The national Pew Center’s Hispanic Research Project recently estimated Wisconsin has between 100,000 and 150,000 unauthorized residents.
Gail Montenegro, a spokesman for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office in Chicago, said the Milwaukee branch office has 40 employees. She would not speculate about a response to the request.
At least one advocate for the city’s Hispanic population said the committee’s intentions are misplaced.
“The government has much bigger problems in other areas, said Alex Zacarias, chairman of Green Bay’s Hispanic Advisory Committee. “In my opinion, requesting an agent is not the solution, he said.
The resolution goes to the full County Board, which meets next at 7 p.m. Aug 17.

The city has much bigger problems in other areas?? What could be a bigger problem than an invasion of our country? What could be a bigger problem than the actual occupation of our country? What fool would advocate that the problem be allowed to fester? Sheesh!! What reasoning!!
What?? REASONING????? NEVER!!
