United States indeed has military contingency plans aimed against Venezuela

AIN Special Service Noelio Tiuna writes: The United States has military contingency plans aimed against Venezuela, contrary to the UN Charter and the document guiding relations between members of the Organizations of American States (OAS).

A recent article in the Washington Post ... which has not been refuted by the Pentagon ... affirms that the US Defense Department has prepared a plan to create a potential conflict with the South American nation, considered a threat to US strategic security by the White House.

William M. Arkin (in a column published November 2) said that Venezuela was identified as a "threat" in this year's Pentagon analysis and is foreseen to remain so for the period 2008-2013.

The fifth greatest oil exporter in the world and among the principal exporters of crude to the US, Venezuela is included on the list of states which pose the most danger to the US, sharing that position with North Korea and Iran, both considered by the Bush administration as nuclear threats.

According to the daily, the White House sees President Hugo Chavez as promoting revolutions in Latin America and accuses him of financing rebels in Colombia -- where there are US military advisors are participating in a long-term domestic conflict.

Venezuela has suffered from the instability of the situation in Colombia, particularly that country's use of paramilitary forces paid for by the interests behind the failed coup attempt against the Venezuelan leader. But when we look into what the Pentagon has planned in the land of Bolivar, we cannot forget the history that explains the hostile escalation of actions by the current Republican administration against the Bolivarian Revolution.

The participation of both the CIA and the former US military mission in Caracas in the short-lived coup attempt headed by Pedro Carmona is not conjectural journalism.

The government of George W. Bush never condemned the coup attempt, despite the US being a signatory of the Democratic Letter of the OAS. On the contrary, they welcomed, encouraged and participated in the coup.

Nor is it a coincidence that military interests behind the coup which are responsible for planting bombs at the Colombian and Spanish diplomatic missions in Caracas are protected in the US, despite their being terrorists.

In Boca Raton, Florida lives Venezuelan business executive Nelson Mezarhane -- a banker and stockholder of the opposition daily El Globo. He is wanted by the Venezuelan justice system for having participated in the assassination of Judge Danilo Anderson, who was bringing to trial those individuals who were implicated in the April 2002 coup attempt.

We must also mention the fact that terrorist Luis Posada Carriles, another fugitive of Venezuelan law, is a "guest" of the US immigration service, which has refused to extradite Posada Carriles to Caracas.

With such information, it should not come as a surprise that the Pentagon has included Venezuela in its plans for future "preventive wars," despite President Chavez' prediction that if this were to ever occur, Latin America would explode in a ball of fire.

    Hey

At least the man seems to be fighting aginst the elite globalists! That says something for him. Just because he does not want to play the globalist game he is targeted by the US? Of course I don't know much about him, but he seems to care about his people and country. Maybe I am wrong.

Again, read about agenda 21 and then form your own opinion. After the little I have read, it all makes sense. Our constitution being destroyed, christianity under attack, eminent domain! It all follows agenda 21 and the one world government agenda!

Darlene, thanks for the links. A year ago I would not have believed any of this, but now, it all connects when you look around at what is happening in this country! It is not just our country that is under attack! Go to your search engine and type in a country and them agenda 21 or a city and local agenda 21 and see what you come up with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As they say, the proof is in the pudding! The georgia guidestones need to be destroyed! They are evil!

Ohflyingone...sorry, but you are wrong about Mr. Chavez, the man is a Marxist who idolizes Fidel Castro. He may be anti globalist, but he is mostly anti US. He is no friend of anyone in this country except the lunatic left.

I think we in the U.S. can count on one or two countries in the world consistently, including Britain and Australia. Beyond that, we don't have many true friends.

Look at the rabid protests in South Korea, which has a strong strain of anti-Americanism, and we saved their butts from the Commies in the early fifties and have been their defending them for fifty years! Of course we saved the French twice, three times if you count the cold war, and look how they treat us!
    When we gonna wake up?

Scarecrow--I beg to differ. Many Americans, myself included, thought Castro was an evil man. He may not be "our kind of guy", but the reason there was a communist takeover of Cuba was because of the extreme poverty in Cuba in the 60's. It was outrageous which opens the door for communism which despite his totalitarian means does at least provide food and shelter and some type of existence for everyone. Part of the reason Cuba has not done well after Castro took over is because of the sanctions against it by the United States....really trying to starve the country into throwing Castro out of power.

Chavez is using socialist means to improve his country for his people. He was freely elected twice. He is building schools, hospitals, and just made a deal with Castro to trade low-priced oil to help Cuba with its economic development for Cuban Doctors. The fact that Cuba has doctors to share with Venezuela says something positive about Cuba and the fact that Chavez wants doctors for his people says something positive for Venezuela.

Globalism is Marxist Socialism World Wide.

If Chavez is against Globalism, then he is not a Marxist Socialist. He may be more socialist than capitalist at this point because of the conditions in Venezuela which are harsh throughout the country due to hundreds of years of oligarchial rule. Nothing wrong with using the tools of socialism to upgrade the lives of your people when they are poor and suffering under the previous rulers.

Many of our American Programs are socialist. Social Security, Medicare, MediCaid, Workmans Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Food Stamps, Subsidized Housing, WIC-Women, Infants and Children, FEMA, Minimum Wage Laws, Automatic Over-Time Laws. These are all Marxist Socialist Programs.

Our System is not pure capitalism or free market. It is regulated capitalism, regulated free market, and all the safety nets for poor and disadvantaged, unemployed, injured workers, and national retirement and medical programs stem from socialism, not capitalism. So, our system is a blend of both capitalism and socialism.

WE were fortunate due to the way our country began with freedom and people who had resources, intelligence, education.

Countries that were started under tyranny and oligarchial rule, were not fortunate creating devastating poverty that can only be cured with socialist programs and as these programs work for the people to raise them up, then they can shift the scales more to capitalism. Cuba could have done so many years ago if the United States had traded with Cuba. I see now that we have starved that nation unfairly because of our government's hatred for their leader. Venezuela with its oil resources may help Cuba and it seems this is the case, so together they can build both countries and benefit their region and their people.

There is no reason for any American to hate Castro or Chavez. The US did nothing for the people of Cuba before Castro and has done nothing for them since except try to starve them out. The US has done nothing for the people of Venezuela except try to control their oil resources and remove their duly elected leader through a coup and recently tested the waters of public opinion through Pat Robertson to see what we'd think about Assassinating Chavez because the people of Venezuela elected him AGAIN with a broader majority than his first election.

The American Government is not our friend any more. We know that. It is on an Agenda to dissolve the US into a piece of a hemisperic nation from Alaska to Chile ruled by the World Trade Organization and the United Nations.

Globalism is the inspiration of a few American Business Barons and their Political Puppies.

Globalism is our enemy. Any one fighting against it is our Friend.

Right now, Chavez is the best friend we have, no matter what economic system he uses to cure poverty in Venezuela and his region.

You mentioned the South Koreans. I cheered when I saw those protests. The South Korean farmers who protested are our Friends, not our enemies. They are opposing the APEC Free Trade Agreement with the United States. APEC stands for Asian-Pacific Economic Coaltion. It is one of the links to Globalism binding the Asian-Pacific nations including South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Burma, and others to the World Trade Organization and United Nations...binding the Asian countries to Globalism and World Government.

You have to understand Globalism and how they are using the Free Trade Agreements as "mirages" of peace, prosperity, and freedom. The FTA are the opposite of peace, prosperity and freedom. You are not free under the FTA. You are now bound by rules you never approved, by people you do not know, whose sole intent is to make you a Drone, caged in working poverty for Globalists ruling the world through the WTO and UN.

This is unnatural for the human species as we know. No people will tolerate it. Unfortunately, the only people with the power to stop it are more interested in their drive-through fried chicken and reading their stock market reports.

The French you criticized stopped Globalism in its tracks in Europe. The French are our Friends. They disagreed with our Wackident's view of Iraq as was their right. The French are well read highly-intelligent people. They had a large muslim population and knew the culture better than we did. They also had business relationships they were working on in Iraq that gave them a better closer view of what was really going on in Iraq. The French are not imperialistic any more. They are a much older country than the US, their history and experiences pre-date our country by hundreds of years. They have learned from their history and do not want to repeat it.

    Here are our True Friends:

    1. Venezuela
    2. Uruguay
    3. Paraguay
    4. Argentina
    5. Brazil
    6. Peru (coming along)
    7. South Korea
    8. Russia (protested immigration)
    9. France

There will be more as time goes along, but these are the nations with either people or leaders that are opposed to Globalism and willing to protest in the streets and stand up against the Wackident and his World Government Wackateers.

These countries know it is not the American People with this Agenda. They know it is our Government's Agenda, not ours, and for some inexplicable reason for the first time in American History, we seem helpless to control our own government.

I believe the pictures of Katrina gave the world a new realism with regards to the United States and let the people of these nations see that they can no longer judge us by what they see on television or on vacation.

I believe Katrina showed the world how vulnerable the American People are and they have said, we can no longer depend upon the Americans.

I spoke with a Canadian Truck Driver at my business. He wanted to speak with the owner and waited until I got there. When he saw me he came running out bubbling over with the merger between Canada, Mexico and the US and wanted to know WHY HAVEN'T THE AMERICANS STOPPED THIS?

I said, because it's been concealed from US. I had just finished my research and told him that I had just learned about it in research on illegal immigration. He said, no one in Canada understands why you're putting up with it. For the first time, I was ashamed to be an American. The world expects US, not our government, but US, the American People to support peace, prosperity, and freedom. They do not expect us to abandon everything we stand for which starts with saving ourselves.

You can imagine what is going on in the minds of the people of the world who no matter what their circumstance, rich or poor, who depend on the US to save the world, promote the freedom, be the pillar to the world through us, American Citizens and our System to see that we are no longer who they thought we were and our System isn't what they thought it was.

Our statistics are declining. Other nations watch these and are scratching their heads. The research I did was all on the web. They are connecting the dots just like I did.

If the Americans can't or are unwilling to stop Globalism by stopping our own Government promulgating it, then the people of the other nations have only one choice and that is to try and stop it themselves.

That is what France did. That is what the South Koreans are trying to do. That is why the Russians protested last week against immigration. That is what Venezuela, Argentina, and Latin America is trying to do.

The last time world tyranny surfaced was during WWII.

    The Americans ended it.

This time world tyranny has surfaced again but at the hand of the Americans.

    Who will end it?

It will be the nations with the people ready to fight in the streets to stop it. Does anyone thnk Americans will do that?

We may have once in days past, but today? I'm not sure.

    We have another tool....our money.

Keep your money, every cent you can.

    DON'T SPEND, SAVE!

If that doesn't work, then our freedom for the first time in American History depends upon what the people of other nations do, what courage and bravery they demonstrate to fight Globalism and World Tyranny.

This time, it may be the people of the world that saves the United States and the American People.

I was raised never to Kick a Gift Horse in the Mouth. These nations standing up to the Wackident and Globalism are our Gift Horse and the best friends we have right now.

The biggest most powerful Marxist Socialist in the world right now is:

    George W. Bush.

    And he's insane.

Remember as the days move forward, that in order for nations to repel Globalism, they have to repel the United States. On the surface that will appear to be repelling Americans. It isn't. Anti-Americanism is not against the people of the United States. It is against the United States Government.

Do not take protests against the USA as a protest again the American People. It isn't. It's against our Government.

The people who have taken to the streets in Russia, Latin America and Korea are well-informed, well-read, people. They have seen the pictures of Katrina. They have reviewed our national economic statistics.

They know what is going on and realize they can't count on us any more.

They know about our Patriot Act.

They more more about US and our situation than most Americans do.

Do you not think the Iraqis know? They know, too.

    Everyone knows.

    The Game Is On.

And this time, the American People are the Sideliners fighting with words and keep our money plans.

BUT, at least we're fighting back with something!!

Valis of Istari--The US Government is pushing Globalism through the Free Trade Agreements and immigration. Are you saying that there is a Bush Globalism at war with a Chavez Gobalism?

Chavez is not a Globalist. He's a leader of a substantial but small country in South America. Chavez isn't selling out the American People.

George Bush is the Globalist selling out the American People.

Come on Judy, you know better. Communism is the opposite of Capitalism. Communism was a creation of the NWO. Opposite ideology, same agenda, world control. At the top, behind closed doors, all of these people are friends.

Yes, I do. But more importantly, we are pretty much on the same page, regarding Globalism, NWO, etc. There are a few books out there that discuss what I mentioned earlier, Communism/Globalism same thing, different base ideology.
