    Trump Campaign said the Univision article was false. Trump himself said it was false. Hispanics at the meeting said the article was false. Trump didn't say what the headline says he said.

    No he has not!! Under US law, deported illegal aliens can re-apply to re-enter after a period of time. Some 3 years, some 10 years. That is the law.
