Wyoming Judges Sentence Two Illegal Aliens

By Tom Morton March 24, 2017 4:52 PM

Wyoming federal judges recently sentenced two men for illegal alien crimes, according to a news release from the Wyoming U.S. Attorney’s Office.

U.S. District Court Judge Alan Johnson sentenced Mateo Alvaro-Arcos, 39, of Mexico for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Alvaro-Arcos was arrested in Rock Springs. He received time served plus 10 days, was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment, and is subject to deportation upon release from custody.

Chief U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal sentenced Ronald Joel Mendoza-Montoya, 31, of Mexico for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Mendoza-Montoya was arrested in Douglas. He received six months of imprisonment, to be followed by one year of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment, and is subject to deportation upon release from custody.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigated both cases.

Put them in Federal Tent City on Federal Land with Federal Judges.

Out of our State and Local jurisdictions. Out of our local jails and prisons. Alleviate the costs to the local taxpayers, overcrowded prisons and courts.

Sentence them with Federal Judges and serve time...or immediate deportation!

This is where ALL illegal aliens and Visa overstays should be. Under Federal Court.
