    BREAKING NEWS:
WTP Chairman Bob Schulz at NYC
    "Occupy Wall Street" to introduce
    "Occupy The Constitution!"

Schulz will address the OWS General Assembly Saturday night to introduce the powerful but little known legal tools provided by the Constitution for We the People to cure the cancers caused by the military-industrial-corporate (privately owned) Federal Reserve banking cartel and corrupt U.S. Government despots now destroying America.

Everything America now suffers -- endless wars, the destroyed economy, corporate fascism, the Police State, social dysfunction -- ALL of it -- can be traced directly to unlawful violations of our Constitution.

Schulz will be conducting daily training sessions near the OWS event to educate OWS patriots regarding the profound, long-forgotten NON-POLITICAL legal powers and RIGHTS provided by the Constitution and our Founding Fathers who foresaw the possibility of this dark day well over 230 years ago.

    More details as available....

(CNSNews.com) - Republican presidential nominee candidate Herman Cain called for the Occupy Wall Street protestors to relocate to the White House, in remarks he made Friday at the Family Research Council’s annual Values Voter Summit, in Washington, D.C.

“When a reporter asked me the other day, well, what do you think about those demonstrations up on Wall Street, I said, first of all, Wall Street didn’t write these failed economic policies -- the White House did,â€

Author: ACORN protesting problem it helped cause

Political organization 'helped inflate mortgage bubble by strong-arming Fannie Mae'

    WND

ACORN, Barack Obama's former employer, is one of the major groups behind the Occupy Wall Street protests spreading across America, says award-winning investigative reporter Matthew Vadum.

The protests, which have spread beyond New York to other large cities, are part of what ACORN's radical socialist founder Wade Rathke calls an "anti-banking jihad," said Vadum, author of the explosive new book, "Subversion Inc.: How Obama's ACORN Red Shirts are Still Terrorizing and Ripping Off American Taxpayers."

Vadum is a senior editor at Capital Research Center, a think tank that studies left-wing advocacy groups and their funders. His book is the product of nearly three years of research and hundreds of interviews.

ACORN's new front groups are deeply involved in the Marxist movement known as "Occupy Wall Street."

The New York front group, New York Communities for Change (NYCC), headed by longtime ACORN lobbyist Jon Kest, is one of the major protest groups leading the effort to radically transform America.

Kest blames major mortgage lenders for the nation's economic crisis.

"When the big banks tanked our economy they took away millions of people's shot at achieving the American Dream," he wrote on NYCC's website.

"It's about time all these people come together and hold Wall Street accountable for what they've done to our futures and the future of this country."

"Of course Kest left out the fact that his own group, ACORN, helped damage the U.S. economy," Vadum told WND.

"ACORN helped to inflate the mortgage bubble by strong-arming Fannie Mae, pushing the financial affirmative action scheme known as the Community Reinvestment Act, and blackmailing banks that didn't want to lend money to people who wouldn't be able to pay it back," he said.

"America is in the midst of what might turn out to be a second Great Depression in part because Kest, ACORN, and other leftists pushed government policies they had to have known would backfire," Vadum said.

ACORN also is involved in the related "Take Back Boston" protests in Massachusetts, according to watchdog group Judicial Watch.

New England United for Justice, which is headed by former national ACORN president Maude Hurd, is participating in the Boston demonstrations. Hurd is a close political ally of Boston mayor Thomas Menino.

Like NYCC, New England United for Justice was created by ACORN organizers.

Meanwhile, Stephen Lerner, a board member of ACORN's labor ally, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), has promised to do his part to collapse what's left of the nation's economy. Lerner said he wants to "bring down the stock market" through a campaign of disruption.

Last year George Goehl, executive director of the radical left-wing Chicago-based National People's Action, said that "the banking crisis" was "the next big thing," and "the way to build a big economic justice movement in this country." Vadum describes National People's Action as a "street thug group."

Now radical financier George Soros has said he sympathizes with the rabble. "Actually I can understand [the protesters'] sentiment, frankly," Soros recently told reporters. Soros currently has an estimated net worth of $22 billion making him the 7th richest person in America, according to Forbes magazine.

The next big exercise in what Vadum calls "Marxist mobocracy" started today in the nation's capital.

A group called the "October 2011 Coalition" has said it will take over Freedom Plaza near the White House in Washington, D.C., beginning Oct. 6 "if any U.S. troops, contractors, or mercenaries remain in Afghanistan."

Protesters will "resist the corporate machine" by occupying the area "to demand that America's resources be invested in human needs and environmental protection instead of war and exploitation." The group said it will make the plaza one block away from the White House "our Tahrir Square, Cairo."

More disruptive demonstrations are scheduled, SEIU's Lerner said during a panel discussion Monday at the Take Back the American Dream conference in Washington, sponsored by the left-wing Campaign for America's Future.

About 10,000 demonstrators will hit the streets of Chicago while protesters march on Wells Fargo in Minneapolis, Lerner said.

Activists in New York intend to campaign to extend that state's punitive tax on millionaires. “We may go visit some of them,â€

Occupy Wall Street is on its way to being co-opted

Without direction, OWS Protests are a 'blank slate'

On October 5, an OWS march included corporatized labor unions, the Soros front group MoveOn.org, assorted socialist and community groups and other variegated spawn of establishment foundations and NGOs. Predictably, the corporate media played up this aspect of the march from Foley Square to the Financial District and presented a distorted view of OWS, even though the opportunists were in the minority.

The Occupy Wall Street website has openly embraced the likes of MoveOn.org, AFL-CIO, and SEIU, all of whom financially backed Obamas 2008 presidential campaign and have supported his bid for re-election in 2012.

Of course, the irony of Occupy Wall Street leaders seeking alliances with Obama campaign front groups is the fact that Obama himself is the ultimate creature of Wall Street. His 2008 campaign was financed by Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley. Obama is even more reliant on Wall Street for his 2012 campaign and his cabinet is stuffed with former Wall Street insiders.

The spoiled brat uprising: Bringing the Communist revolution

    October 10, 2011
The spoiled brat uprising: Bringing the Communist revolution to our doorstep?
    By Wes Vernon

Cancel elections! "Take out" the "sons of bitches!" Send capitalists to "re-education [read concentration] camps!" Chop their heads off! Kill the bankers! Kill the rich! Kill your parents! Kill! Kill! Kill!

"Occupy Wall Street" rioting is not a self-starter with bored white kids on a lark to rush the calendar for Spring Break (though some such "useful idiots" are in the mix).

The whole operation — spreading from Wall Street to other cities — is organized by the Working Family Party, a front for the SEIU/ACORN, allied with Democratic Socialists of America. The attack on America has the backing of groups bankrolled by left-wing moneybags George Soros. All of these "usual suspects" are in-tight with the Obama Administration and the Democratic National Committee. They have been organizing this from Day One. It is anything but "spontaneous." Don't kid yourself.

Street brawlers imbued with class hatred propaganda are egged on by a President of the United States whose parents were followers of Marx, Engels, and Lenin.

The attack has been aimed squarely at the heart of the United States for decades. The Communist conspiracy — during and after the Soviet days — has never wavered from its goal of a Soviet-style America under the domination of a worldwide order.

For generations, avenues of public influence have nurtured a nest of potential insurrection, fueled in large part by the writings of the likes of a Communist liar named Howard Zinn (see this column "Howard Zinn, Communist Liar," 8/9/10 & "Is it Safe to Send Your Child to School?," 9/6/10). He and others like him continue to poison the minds of our young. Occupy Wall Street no doubt would bring an evil smile to the late Zinn and his ilk.

    Hate America manifesto

With the Hate America Left infecting institutions to which kids are exposed as they grow up, why should we be surprised that a Communist-brainwashed movement would surface damning the "unfairness" of a society that (gasp!) does not hand them their every need and wish?

Occupy Wall Street has forged what amounts to a 21st century Communist Manifesto that includes the following as sacrosanct "rights":

Minimum wage $20; guaranteed wage income regardless of employment.

Universal health care with private insurers outlawed.

Free college education. (Given what passes for "education" these days, the price may be right for parents who send their kids to college as good citizens, only to see them return as hateful revolutionaries.)

End the fossil fuel economy. (Oh, goody! That will make everyone poor, but then that is basic to any such enforced egalitarianism, so why should this one be any different? So we'll all be poor? Way to go! That'll teach Jimmy Hoffa's "sons of bitches!" — an epithet hurled at the Tea Party as Hoffa introduced Obama at a gathering.)

Ban other existing workable energy sources by decommissioning America's nuclear power plants and by re-establishing "the natural flow of river systems" (hydro-electric).

Demand the right to freeze in the dark. (Not spelled out, I just threw that one in, reasoning it is a natural consequence of the above energy demands. The absence of a ban on coal mining in this 21st century Communist Manifesto was obviously pure oversight.)

Spend a trillion dollars on a freeze-in-the-dark energy policy. (Ah yes! Solyndra-like scandals; the more such criminality, the better to stoke the Communist line that "Duh! The system does not work.")

One trillion dollars spent on infrastructure — roads, rail, bridges, sewer, water, electrical grid. (Those who think a case can be made for some federal support for infrastructure are disrespected by this clown price tag pulled out of thin air for the express purpose of bankrupting "the dirty capitalists.")

Racial and gender "equal rights" amendment. (Another fraudulent use of the term that has less to do with race or gender — except as convenient covers — and more to do with perpetrating the notion that Ben Franklin, James Madison, and Thomas Jefferson intended the Constitution to promote abortion and same-sex marriage.)

Open borders migration, everyone can travel anywhere to work and live. (A Terrorists' Rights Bill? Who will sponsor that one? Dick Durbin?)

Bring American elections up to international standards. (What is "international?" Iran? Cuba? Or perhaps the UN, which seats some of the world's worst tyrants on its "Human Rights" Commission.)

Immediate across-the-board debt forgiveness. (What? Oh, I forgot! Communism supposedly means everything is "free," right?)

Outlaw all credit reporting agencies. (Of course, the socialist paradise says if you want it, steal it.)

Allow "workers" to sign a ballot at any time whether to join a union — putting the SEIU and ACORN's ballot-stuffing thugs in charge of seeing to it that such elections are "secure" and "fair." (Be certain the term "worker" in this context excludes anyone who succeeds with a good salary or decent retirement. Actress Roseanne Barr would send bankers to "re-education" camps, and if they insist on keeping what she deems excessive amounts, she would then have them beheaded. Be certain that Hollywood mansions and limos would be safe.)

    Obama: comfortable with Marxist buddies

Of course, Obama would support the uprising. It is guided by his own shock troops.

The protesters, he intones, "are giving voice to a more broad based frustration" (translation: keep it up). This Marxist-nurtured "dear leader" talks about the day when his acolytes will "run Republicans out of town" (for their refusal to pass his phony "jobs" bill, a retread of past failures).

Off-the-charts street revolutionaries are echoing Mr. Obama's wailing at "millionaires and billionaires." That's what the self-righteous Marxists (admitted or disguised in respectability) really mean when they lecture the rest of us on "civility" (as practiced by his terrorist friends Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorn, whose sixties movement included such lovely "civil" sloganeering as "Kill the rich! Kill your parents!).

The SEIU/ACORN thugs and ballot-stuffers use their sharp elbows while agitating for "rights" resembling the "demands" of every violent revolution in history that has led to jackboot governance — including 20th century Nazis and Communists or, for that matter, the Jacobins of the 18th century French Revolution.

    On yet another front

Van Jones, meanwhile, concurrent with the Occupy Wall Street rampage this past week, conducted what he called a "Take Back the American Dream" conference.

Under Jones's interpretation, that very title represents a prostitution of the English language. But for self-described Communists such as Jones, Orwellian language is routine. Jones, recall, was ousted from his "Green Jobs" czar position at the White House, after he had been outed in 2009 by Trevor Loudon, Cliff Kincaid, and Glenn Beck. At that point, Jones — also a 9/11 "truther" — had to leave — not because the administration had any problems with his beliefs — but because he had become a PR liability.

Jones's latest venture is another ploy to distract you and me from the Obama administration's march toward the downfall of the United States.

"October is going to be the turning point when it comes to progressives [read Communists] to fight back," Jones crowed on left-wing TV. He envisions "an American fall, an American autumn. Just like we saw an Arab spring." (Great! Every indication thus far points go the "Arab spring" as a springboard for empowerment of the America-hating Islamist Muslim Brotherhood.)

    What it's all about

Class hatred is the toxic thread that runs though Occupy Wall Street, the Obama administration's obsession with "the top one percent," and the collaboration of the hard left and radical Islam.

Many of us have seen people rise up from the depths of poverty to make a success of themselves and contribute to the betterment of society.

That experience leads to the conclusion that class hatred in our body politic is just plain evil.

Some of those taken in by it may be "naïve," but that goes back to the Churchillian observation that a person at age 20 who is not a liberal may not "have a heart," but that a person who is not a conservative at age 40 surely does not have a brain.

The motive is very secondary. Class hatred is pure evil. Occupy Wall Street, SEIU/ACORN, Van Jones & "the American fall" — they want America gone as we know it. North Carolina's Democrat Governor Bev Purdue has proposed that we cancel congressional elections. Ominous and chilling. This is a war on the real American Dream. We are honor-bound to resist.

Victoria Jackson Goes to ‘Occupy Wall Street’ – Part 2

October 14, 2011 | Subscribe to Video Updates

Recently, PatriotUpdate.com sent Victoria Jackson to the Occupy Wall Street Protest in New York city to film what the protesters are protesting. The video of her conversations with them has brought on a storm of attacks from many liberal websites including the Huffington Post, Examiner and Entertainment Weekly. This is the second part of that footage.

In Europe there is a power play on for our freedom
A European Spring has sprung but it’s not what you think

London, England-Last weekend another bunch of Useful Idiots pitched their tents outside St Paul’s Cathedral not far from the London Stock Exchange and started hollering for capitalism to be brought down along with the banking and all other systems that keep human activity in order and functioning. The unions and other leftist groups like the Socialist Worker party are behind the food and facilities that keep the great unwashed going, seizing their chance to advance the cause, but make no mistake—this is no European Spring.

The real European Spring is the dawning realization of ordinary middle class people that the systems they were promised by politicians to be fail safe—like social security and free health care—are no longer so. Look to Greece—that is where we are headed, and if good people don’t wake up and get it, the communists will be selling fixes that people hooked on social programs are going to buy.

The anti-capitalism crowd are the usual suspects—university indoctrinated ideologues that are zombified versions of their professors and roaming anarchists up for any anti-establishment fight. If they understood the difference between capitalism and corporatism they might be more inclined to join Tea Party type movements and sack the opportunistic and morally corrupt politicians we have currently running Western countries.

Arguably the one legitimate point the Occupy Crowd have, is that bankers and corporations are in league with government to control the economy and consequentially individual freedom. But this is corporatism, not capitalism. True capitalism relies on a free and open market, one where a bank that overleverages on bad investment decisions, will fail. Failing is an essential part of weeding out the bad apples. It is also a moral obligation, and without that premise, capitalism will fail every time. When institutions are not allowed to fail, and the taxpayer is asked to pay for other people’s mistakes, you no longer have capitalism. In a corporatist system, the grateful banks prop up the politicians, who in turn do their bidding with tax loopholes and regulations that create more moral hazard. Before you know it you’ve got a system just like Mussolini’s interwar Italy. And we all know how well that went. Italy is still suffering the effects of the corruption and black market which embedded itself into society at that time.

CNBC gave a great example of how the leftovers of this mentality clog the Italian system even today. Michelle Caruso -Cabrera cited the example of a taxi driver who knew someone who knew someone who after paying him 100,000 Euros, got a license to operate his cab. He, like other cabbies, fixes his prices to pay back the huge loan he had to take out. If licensing regulations are dropped to open the market, the cabbie is stuck with a huge loan, will have to lower his prices to stay competitive and work harder for longer. In his late middle age (and there are many others like him), this is not going down too well. Italian friends of mine tell me horror stories of needing no less than 100 permits before you can open a restaurant and that’s only if you know the right people.

It’s even worse in Greece where bureaucrats making up most of the middle class have been promised money for life. They justify their existence by devising rules that make it impossible for business to function competitively. It is more expensive to send, for example, a shipment of honey from mainland Greece to one of the outlying Greek islands, than it is to the rest of Europe. On top of this, Greeks just don’t pay taxes. They find all kinds of ways to fiddle their way out of paying taxes. One is to get your baby sitter to sit on your 26 ft yacht to make it look like you are renting it out, which is tax exempt. Plus everyone seems to know someone who knows someone in government who can’t seem to locate your paperwork when you’re on the hook for back taxes.

But the really nasty sting for Europe is the social security systems that were set up in the interwar years and which promised a safety net in old age to anyone who worked. In post war Europe industry grew and prospered due largely to the Marshall Plan and a baby boom generation that paid taxes. This tax income allowed the politicians to pay for more social programs to earn votes and remain in power. To counteract an aging population that had not reproduced itself, the immigration doors were left wide open to stop the system bankrupting itself, and with immigration came the added benefit of bought votes for leftist parties that promised benefits. However, many European countries are finding much of their immigrant populations are parasites helping to bankrupt the system, and uncontrolled immigration has created social tensions right across Western Europe.

Interference with capitalism went too far when socially misguided and vote hungry Democrat politicians in the US forced banks to lend to unqualified borrowers. Human nature always finds ways to get out of uncomfortable situations, and to survive, banks created the mortgage derivative system - the hot potato that for a while resembled a golden egg. All Western countries whose GDP has a strong financial services component are now loaded with banks at the point of going belly up if their debt isn’t forced onto the taxpayer—a global bill estimated at 40 trillion dollars and counting. If like most people you’re having trouble contemplating a trillion, start counting one dollar each second and you will get to a trillion in just over 30,000 years.

In a recent stress test, Credit Suisse reported there is a Euro 400 billion shortfall in the major European banks. Many of these like Deutsche Bank, Societie Generale, BNP Paribas, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland have already been bailed out by the taxpayer and it is still not enough. Plus it is the investment arms of these banks that trade on behalf of the pension funds. If the banks fail as they should do, no prizes for guessing the loser in this scenario. Immorality fails every time.
Interference in the free market continues with unions who hold corporations to ransom with collective bargaining

Interference in the free market continues with unions who hold corporations to ransom with collective bargaining. That in turn forces companies to turn to competitive labour sources like China and India and in the process, destroying the local manufacturing bases.

The West has become one giant debt bubble surrounded by sharp objects, with politicians promising even more to the growing disquiet of the middle class. Yet the leftist powers press on feeding the Occupy Crowd with food, medical care, political pamphlets, using them to try to force a system on us that will put us all back into the Soviet Era, but unfortunately this time without a free United States that the global oppressed can turn to.

With current polling in the UK showing people leaning again toward the union backed Labour party and rejecting the austerity measures of the Conservatives, we risk sliding further away from the freedom of capitalism and towards state control and the hard drug of social programs.

The gigantic moral failure of the major banks and corporations that happily got in bed with governments to control the economy and while enriching themselves is exactly what the Arab Spring protesters were fighting against in Egypt and Turkey. With so much poverty in those countries and the complete lack of free market capitalism to enable individuals to create competitive businesses, the people are ripe to listen to anyone who will promise them a fair share of their country’s wealth. And that is currently the Muslim Brotherhood and the iron control of brutal Sharia law that they will install once in power.

The Arab Spring will be tricked into oppression, just as Westerners squeezed into less jobs and the corporatism that has blocked out free market capitalism will listen to the unions, collectivists and power mad politicians that care only about their elite survival rather than the good of the individual. For the inexperienced, indoctrinated young this may almost be excused, but for mature adults who refuse to look at history and understand that power plays just repeat themselves, it is wicked negligence.

In Europe there is a power play on for our freedom. Jean Claude Trichet, the former head of the European Central Bank has just spoken frankly to advocate imposed decisions from the central EU bureaucracy on states that are ‘straying’. If this comes to pass, there will no longer be sovereign states in Europe but a politbureau of elites controlling every minute aspect of our lives.

The Occupy Crowds are unwitting tools in this end game. If the squeezed middle class do not pressure the politicians to act morally and reform the banks and corporations back to capitalist principles, we are cooked. Get yourself a hammer and a sickle because working the field may soon be the only thing we will be able to do.
