    Yes, now that we have won and defeated amnesty it is now time for us to go on the offensive and put forward the real positive solution - steady long term enforcement.

    It is the positive solution to end illegal immigration which harms all societies. And in the end it falls back and will be pushed back on Mexico - to learn to change for the better - too bad -- they have to swallow what they have done.

    How about ENFORCE OUR EXISTING LAWS ACT.
    They don't need to pass anything, there are already laws on the books. ENFORCE THEM!

    With the exception of closing the anchor baby loophole, and some student visa loopholes, I would say none.

    Enforce the laws we now have against employer, deportation, etc.

    We have a border, we have the right and obligation to secure that border. WE do not owe Mexico or it's people the right to come across that border at will.

    So anchor baby law - student visa, then enforce our laws. Although, I would think we have the laws to strictly enforce the time limit on visas, don't we?
