Will Missouri Nullify Federal Gun Laws?

I sure do hope more states jump on this issue. The Fed is using the interstate commerce clause outside of it's scope. And the state is correct as it is an issue of "intrastate" not "interstate" when within it's own borders. This is something that the Fed needs to relearn. That it is not the supreme power reguardless of what D.C. thinks. The actions of FDR and his roughly 3,300 executive orders to raise the level of the Fed over the states which happened around 1935 or '36, have gotten way out line, and overstep the bounds that the Constitution rheins it into. A very narrow scope that is very limited in what it has the authority to do.

So this will be a very interesting issue to follow, as it plays into the 10th Ammendment issue of the ObamaCare fiasco going right now, and the stance of some states to use the 10th Ammendment to stop the healthcare issue from even taking a foothold in the state.
