But I am 100% Puerto Rican. My grandmother was born in Puerto Rico in 1918 and Grandfather in 1912
(there parents Spain). My grandmother had 7 siblings, dozens of children, grandchildren & great grandchildren,
    all Puerto Rican.

My family is spread out in the cities of Guaynabo, Darado, Ponce, Mayagüez and Candado & Old San Juan.

We all identify as white Caucasian. Our neighbors, their children and their children's friends all identify as white.

Beezer, you seen me, Do I look Caucasian or tribal mix?

I think you have the wrong idea what I was saying. I'm not questioning your "Puerto Rican-ness", I was sharing my experience on the island. Of course, I didn't travel the whole island but I shared my unique experience. How you identify is of no consequence to me or anybody else. You do have a right to see yourself in any light that you choose.
    I stayed in Carolina, BTW.

I came across many Afro-Puerto Ricans and white Puerto Ricans and mixed Puerto Ricans.

I also lived in the South Bronx and many Puerto Ricans would call themselves a name that I will not type out, but the name attested to their strong African lineage.

The Caribbean is waking up and they are waking up "loud"!

    Cheers!

Yes you drew a conclusion based on what you now admit was a limited view. It is kind of like the tour you get in North Korea, Cuba, even China, where the guide keeps you from the real country.

You look Caucasian, beautiful cute girl Wish I knew you when I was in CA, we would have had fun!

It is sad that PR has had all these problems with corruption and the hurricanes. It will take a long time to recover from this and money to rebuild is a big issue along with the massive debt incurred by the corrupt politicians I just do not want our taxpayer dollars to pay for it, so there has to be another way.

We have the same thing here with corrupt Democrats, Flint water, Jerry Brown, NYC is a dump, Detroit, Chicago, many cities in disrepair are bankrupt. There is a lot of waste, fraud and abuse of our money. Then disaster hits and we foot the bill to fix their incompetence. Yet the want to FLOOD our borders with more uneducated people that cost us billions. More foreign workers, putting their own citizens out of work.

These Governor's and Mayor's need to be held accountable for their policies and some sort of audit on what they are doing with taxpayer money. We all lose!
