    Oh man, we love pork. Hams, pork chops, pork loin roasts, bacon, ham hock, ribs, pulled pork, ham salad, sausage, etc. A lot of people think chicken is healthier than pork. That would depend on what you're trying to accomplish. Chicken has a higher fat content per calorie than pork.

    Pork is full of impurities and has a low fat melting point. They eat garbage and their own feces. They also have the Trichinosis worm you can get by eating undercooked pork. The fat is hard to digest.

    I do not eat a lot of pork…but then when I do, the high grease and fat content makes me sick to my stomach. Any muscle of locomotion will have a higher fat content. Eating chicken breast has a lower fat content then chicken thigh or leg.

    Stop eating pork for a year and then when you do ... it makes you sick. I have not had a pork chop or pork shoulder in over 20 years.

    I think commercial pork is pretty safe.
