Thanks for your comment redpony. I want to open dialog only...not looking to change any ones opinion or argue. But I am interested in how important people feel about the wording of and the Constitutional requirements for POTUS. Do you feel that issue is important??

It is VERY VERY important. The President MUST be a natural born citizen. In fact, I would go so far as to say that ANY public official...even at the state and city levels...SHOULD ALL BE NATURAL BORN CITIZENS. It is dangerous to let anyone into a position where they can affect legislative change when they are not natural born.

As for Obama, I think he was born in Hawaii, BUT....there is something on his original birth certificate that he does not want us to know. There is only so much info on a certificate, so that is why I think it is because his mom was not married at the time.

I am always happy when anyone stands behind the Constitution. But if I may ask you...do you understand the requirements to be of one or two US citizen parents?

Well, unfortunately, none if the person in question is born on US soil. I dont really agree with that part (we have to work on that one), but none. Now....if the person is born elsewhere (like when the mother is on vacation outside the US) then one .....and they have to be older than 16. But, I dont really agree with that either. I think it should be that both parents are citizens at the time of birth.

In fact, if it were up to me, THE PARENTS would also have to be natural born citizens for the child to qualify to run for President. That is not because I am against immigrants, but because there are security issues and I dont think the President should be influenced by in laws that are not part of our country.

I know that if the laws were the way I think they should be, that O would not qualify to be President....and that would be fine with me. I dont think that O should be qualified. For instance, the thing with his Aunt....you cant tell me that having immigrant in-laws is not going to affect O's approach to immigration. That is why anyone who is Prez SHOULD HAVE TWO NATURAL BORN PARENTS. Just my 2 cents.

I agree. Something is being hidden, and not matter what it is, we have the right to know about it. I feel uncomfortable that our country is overrun with illegals and we have a President with in-laws who are not citizens. One of them is here illegally. I just think that he cannot have an objective view on illegal immigration given his family ties.

I am not sure how feel about the birth certificate. But, I am uncomfortable with a lot of the other things.

McCain took heat (not that I am a fan) for his grades at the Naval Academy but we don't know how Obama did in school, his records are sealed.

He was the on the Law Review at Harvard, but he published nothing?

He worked for ACORN. His EPA is going around congress, he no longer has a license to practice law. Why?

His formative years were spent with socialist and avowed communists.

I do not believe that he has a love for this country or any pride in it, but maybe has his eye on a bigger spot in the NWO.

His attitude Memorial Day, and Veterans Day sealed my opinion that he is not working for the best interest of this country and does not seem respect our heritage.

For the sake of this thread, the tit for tat nature of our politics being what it is today, we should remember that McCain's birth qualifications were called into question in response to the birthers - but hello? His dad was serving this nation.

For the record I think that Obama's birth nation is very important as well as all the suspicious things about his life and how he got to where he is - but I do not have time for all the battles and I am here at Ground Zero of illegal immigration so I know more than what is printed - and since I can see most of what is printed is extremely suspect and biased I am not feeling confident in making an opinion on many topics unless I have time to study them in depth. Most of us do not have that amount of time.

In my travels I have read that Obama is actually a Reptilian, or alternately that he is the son of MalcolmX, that a North Korean sub torpedoed the gulf oil rig, that our European allies have had cars that run on outrageously small amounts of petrol for decades but the monied interests have hidden it from the US market, that chemtrails are being sprayed to hide Reptilian ships over our airspace, alternately that they are sprayed by drones to make us ill and "sylphs" come from Saturn to protect us and dissipate them, that GMO produce can kill us, that there is an alien base on the dark side of the moon, that the honeybees and bats are being killed by our cellphones, and if only I could learn remote viewing I would know the truth - I mean, c'mon! How am I to evaluate all that?

It takes a need or desire to go beyond speculation and conjecture and the racist rhetoric. It took me years of research to find what is in that one string. In that...the information is invaluable. But...you don't have to read it all at once. It is there when ever you chose to brief it. The beauty of a string.

Wasn't this the trade off in the beginning...we were busy. Society was to entrust itself to a loyal protective government...while we went about the worker bee symbiotic nature of social symbiotic government intertwined intercourse. We put faith and trust in our government. Obviously to much...but we were warned in the beginning by our Fathers to be "ever vigilant" and were provide the necessary documents to abort a tyrannical socialist take over.
