Juárez replaces top public safety official amid violence

Juárez's top public safety official, Guillermo Prieto Quintana, is stepping down and will be replaced by a retired military official on Monday, the Juárez mayor announced Friday as the violence continues in the city.
At about 5:30 a.m. Friday, three men were killed when the black Hummer they were riding in was attacked. Wounded, they drove to Hospital Juárez, where they were again attacked. Two died in the hospital and one died outside.
