Nittygritty,

Am I wrong or is not Cipro, the drug the government is hoarding up for Anthrax?
Yes. If I'm not mistaken there is at least one Civil lawsuit in the courts against Bayer, the maker of Cipro. One of the side effects, and there are many, are ruptured tendons. While taking Cipro in 2002. I ruptured the tendons in my left calf. It took me nearly two years to recover. And then I started having problems with the tendons in both of my arms. After two series of cortizone shots and 3 1/2 months in physical thearpy. I'm just starting to get back the use of my arms. Before taking Cipro. I was as healthy as they come form being involved in sports and nutrition since high school and college. I can assure you. have a few hard questions for my doctor.
