So, the Democrat Leadership in New York is strengthening “democracy” and protecting voting rights by ignoring the people’s overwhelming rejection of a constitutional amendment to allow no-excuse mail-in voting.

And what has the Main’s Democrat Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows, done? Well, surprise, surprise. She has likewise decided to attempt to rig an election by removing a popular candidate from the ballot, and depriving the people of Main to their right to vote for a candidate of their own choosing unless that candidate is convicted of the crime alleged.

The bottom line is, the Democrat Party Leadership has been involved in rigging elections dating back to New York’s Tammany Hall vote riggers. See: Tammany Hall, Voter Fraud, and Sullivan County

The bottom line is, today's democrat party Leadership has gone rogue and has become a destructive force to the United States and her citizens.

"Albany Supreme Court Justice Christina Ryba recently denied the Republicans’ request for a temporary prohibition on the use of mail-in ballots until she rules on the constitutionality of the state’s Early Mail Voter Act."

Justice Ryba also wrote: “Since the statute has yet to be declared unconstitutional, the balances do not tip in plaintiffs’ favor because enjoining the Early Mail Voting Act at this juncture would harm New York voters,”

But the fact is, the Early Mail Voting Act not only violates the provisions of NY’s Constitution, but the people of New York overwhelmingly rejected a constitutional amendment which would have allowed no-excuse mail-in ballot voting.

Seems quite clear Tammany Hall’s vote riggers are still very much alive in New York, which now appears to include Supreme Court Justice Christina Ryba, who has given the green light for no-excuse mail-in ballot voting to proceed, in spite of the NY Constitution prohibiting it.

Keep in mind Stacey Abrams and Biden’s DOJ attempted to use the courts to stop "True the Vote", an election integrity group, from challenging the eligibility of a number of Georgia voters. This is what the current Democrat Leadership is about . . . using every means possible to prevent and stop any inquiries or investigations into the integrity of our election process, and that includes shortstopping legitimate discussions concerning the fact that mail-in ballot voting is extremely vulnerable to vote stealing and government orchestrated election fraud.
