I think the video tells the story. Did anyone notice that one of the attackers used the defense when asked why he attacked Kenneth ..."He attacked America..!" I'm no attorney, but I don't think that this justification will hold much water in a court of law, do you?

i saw that and heard that too, my first reaction was "huh"
what did he say. i had to back it up some and listen again
how in the hell is freedom of speech considered attacking america

Or the "Don't Tread On Me" flag which is what he was carrying when he was attacked..but one in the same.
