Thread: Obama and the 'birthers' - a never-ending battle?

So what is the lesson that we will all take away from this "wacko conspiracy theory"? Ordinary folks are being labeled birthers, nut jobs, etc. simply because they demand something from their leader to which they are rightly entitled....the truth. Are we not to expect from our POTUS that to which we are all bound, which is to tell the truth and live by the law? Let's clear the air a little. It's not just a long form birth certificate that is being demanded. It is the transparency and honesty that our POTUS repeatedly promised during his campaign. By sealing all of his records so as not to ever be seen by the very people that voted him into office can hardly be described as honest, transparent and change that we can believe in. Is this arrogance or is there something to hide? It doesn't matter if you voted for Obama or the other guy, we all should be terrified by the arrogant refusal of transparency and the swiftness by which our President and Congressional leaders are spending our country into oblivion! Don't be a willing participant or an idle spectator in the destruction of our country and constitution!! It's happening right before your eyes! You can do something about it...or not.

Why doesn't one of those reporters at the White House ask Gibbs why Obama's internet birth certificate doesn't have the name of the hospital and the attending physician on it like every other birth certificate. That might be one reason people believe it's fake.
