Perry on the Rise in Polls on GOP Nomination; Bachmann Fades

Three new polls on the race for the GOP presidential nomination — from CNN, Fox News and the Marist Institute — all still have Mitt Romney leading the pack, but in two of them, the yet-to-announce Rick Perry is breathing down his neck.

Perry, who Politico says will “make clearâ€
