    We'll see. They passed a $1.3 trillion spending bill without anyone reading it, so I'm very comfortable that they'll read this very short bill protecting states that have legalized marijuana from federal interference. It's a states rights issue and I don't see any sensible Constitution-lovin' Republican voting against it. Why would they?

    But of course, you're entitled to your "federal government has complete control" theories. I don't think those are selling big these days.
