    Poor Mexicans can't get a tourist visa to the U.S. because everyone knows that they won't return home. Rich people and upper middle income people can get a visa so that they can come here and spend their money and return home. Middle income people in TJ like to have a visa so that they can take their kids to Disney Land and other places now and then.

    Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

    Don't forget about the birthing tourism the rich can afford. Private clinics on this side of the border give first-class suites to women (along with spa treatments) and, VIOLA! A new little US citizen.
