I understand that they have to vote first on the health care bill - It will then be ready to sign into law.

Then they are to vote on a "reconcilation" bill that is to "fix" the Corn Husker deal ect. BUT there is NO Guareentee that they will vote on the "reconcilation" bill - because there are provisions in the SENATE bill (the first bill they are to vote on) that effects Social Security.

Under the law "reconcilation" can not be used on any bill that effects Social Security.

So Stupak and the rest have been decieved- according to GOP members of the house and Senate, because as it stands right now it is against the law of the land to us the "reconcilation" process to pass any bill that contains any Social Security amendments.

The Republicans are saying it is NOT a done deal yet. I have Fox on now and they are saying some Congressmen have switched their votes from yes to no and back again up to 3 times TODAY ALONE.

THIS WAS ON ANOTHER BLOG - BUT IS VERY IMPORTANT - AS PER NEW INFORMATION REVIELED ON FOX NEWS.

Based on the link in this tweet, the law prohibits reconciliation from being used to implement the changes which are vital to the House passing Obamacare. This makes it imperative that we put the word out about this. The info in contained in a Drudge Report story that is conveniently unable to be viewed. So let's make sure these Democrats know that the reconciliation "fix" is a fraud.

RECONCILIATION “FIXâ€

If the word gets out that all of Stupak's "constituents" find out that the whole thing was bogus and he used it as a cover up to be bought then he will lose his seat regardless of a yes vote.

And it looks like Fox News and others are now uncovering the fact that they will NEVER be able to vote on the reconcilation bill. It is against the law of the land - it is our Federal law that "Reconcilation process" can NEVER be used on a bill that contains any thing to do with Social Security. PERIOD.

The Health Care bill written by the Senate has more than one provision in it pertaining to finances of Social Security.
The House has to vote on the Senate bill EXACTLY as it is written.

They can only "Change" the bill after it is voted on by Reconcilation.

BUT now they can't really even do that because it is against the law.

So if they vote for the Senate Bill - then it is the Senate Bill that will become the law of the land.

The more people know this and expose it the more likely those thinking they had been given "cover" for their vote will find out that they have NOT been given cover.
