Washington Anti-NRA Rally Draws Crowd of… 100?

The way Obama Obama talks of “majority of Americans support gun control,” you would think an anti-NRA rally would pull in epic crowds from all walks of life. Especially when the event is organized by the following:
Participating organizations include Public Campaign, Occupy the NRA, CREDO, Every Child Matters, Moveon, United For Change, USA, New Yorkers Against Gun Violence, The Other 98%, and We Act Radio.

Yet, somehow the event only yielded 100… including media. What happened? These kinds of groups usually, at the very least, pay people to show up. Who dropped the ball on this one? 100 people? Really?

This in contrast to the 1,000 or so who showed up at a 2nd Amendment rally in Colorado

Truth is most Americans believe in the right to keep and bear arms. Obama’s ilk in the special interest crowd can stomp and kick all they want, but the rest of us don’t want our towns functioning like the streets of Chicago.
