We already have that. It is called the conscience, which, when combined with the oath to support and defend the Constitution, is supposed to accomplish that purpose . . . among "a religious people," at least, i.e. "God-fearing, Bible-believing, born-again Christians," or "Christians", however you prefer - the "98%" of Americans at the time of the 1790 census. The other 2% were Catholics, along with a few Jews and Turks and freethinkers, and an occasional Mohammedan or Hindu.

Alternately, we might have a right to expect Big Uncle to have a population-proportioned number of the remote cams tracking Cabinet members, Congress persons, Court clerks and judges, and IRS, DHS, DOJ, and FBI agents - you know, the people who could really do some damage as part of a rogue government.

This is old, from March 29th, but it may be news to others, as it was to me.

Arizona lawman's team believes registration fraudulent

The Selective Service System has declined Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s request to see the original copy of Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration form.

Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigating Obama’s eligibility announced at a March 1 press conference that it believes there is probable cause that the registration is fraudulent.

A three-sentence March 22 letter written on behalf of Selective Service Director Lawrence G. Romo, however, dismissed the request.

“This Agency has no evidence that President Obama’s 1980 registration is not authentic,” wrote Richard S. Flahavan, associate director of public & intergovernmental affairs.

Apparently refusing to take seriously Arpaio’s investigation, Flahavan referred the sheriff to the FBI.

“However, if you have any credible evidence to the contrary and believe that a Federal crime has been committed, we suggest that it be turned over immediately to the Federal Bureau of Investigation to pursue,” Flahavan said.

In response, Arpaio yesterday sent a second letter to Romo, requesting clarification.

“If your office has the original, authentic Selective Service registration form for Barack Obama from July 29, 1980, please indicate whether or not you are in possession of this document,” Arpaio wrote.

“If the document is in your possession, please make it available for inspection by my Sheriff’s Office investigators. We will travel to your facility to analyze it.”

Apraio gave Romo 10 days to respond.

“Given the clarity and brevity of these requests, we would appreciate your direct response within ten business days of your receipt of this letter, since we are continuing our investigation,” Arpaio said.

Arpaio charges forgery

In his March 1 press conference in Phoenix, Arpaio, together with lead investigator Mike Zullo, charged that in addition to the [forged] long-form birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, Obama’s Selective Service registration form is also a forged document.

Arpaio and Zullo came to the conclusion after comparing a copy of Obama’s form to copies of several others known to be authentic. Some were submitted from the same Post Office as Obama’s, Makiki Station in Honolulu, and in the same month and year, July 1980.

As WND reported, Obama's Selective Service registration has a two-digit year stamp, specifying only "80" instead of "1980", as specified by Post Office regulations and operating practice.

Furthermore, the forged stamp with the "08" rotated 180° also fails because the rotated "8" has the vertical ellipse on top and the smaller circle at the bottom, whereas the vertical ellipse should be at the bottom and the smaller circle on top.

The absurdity of this stamp is compounded by what any Postal Service employee would spot immediately: the forged stamp, ostensibly from 1980, reads "U. S. P. O.", even though the U.S. Post Office became the U.S. Postal Service in 1970. So the stamp should read "U. S. P. S." and have a four number year with the numbers not rotated, tilted, or otherwise disoriented.

Once again, it's not just an obvious fake . . . it's an incredibly poor quality forgery.

Ah, but there's the rub. From fraud examination statistics we know that about 30% of the population is hopelessly corrupt, that 30% are hopelessly honest, and that the middle 40% are situationally corrupt. When times are good, people are less likely to be corrupt, and conversely, when times are tough, people will lie, cheat, and steal to survive. We are living in tough times, brought to us by the hopelessly corrupt in government. The sad thing here is (and we can tell this is happening by mere observation), the more corrupt attract the rest of the corrupt and thus the system breaks down. Hmm, obama couldn't have said it more accurately.

A successful Hollywood producer who had an insider’s view of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign claims she heard Bill Clinton say that Barack Obama is not eligible to be president.

Bettina Viviano – who started her own film production company in 1990 after serving as vice president of production for Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment – told WND that it was common knowledge among delegates committed to Hillary that the Clintons believed Obama was constitutionally ineligible and that Bill Clinton would eventually disclose his belief to the public.

The Clintons were the original “birthers,” Viviano told WND in an interview in Los Angeles.

“Everybody who has called this a conspiracy from the Republicans or the tea party, they need to know who started it – the Democrats,” she said.

“It was Hillary and Bill, and it percolated up from there,” said Viviano, who had access to the campaign through a documentary she produced on the claims of delegates that Obama and the Democratic National Committee were stealing the nomination from Hillary.

As WND reported, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his team investigating Obama’s eligibility believe there is probable cause that the documents released by the White House as Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are forgeries.

Viviano said that she was on a conference phone call during the primary season in the spring of 2008 in which she heard Bill Clinton refer to Obama as ineligible for the presidency.

In the course of the phone conversation with Hillary delegates, she recalled, Bill Clinton spoke of Obama as “the non-citizen.”

“In the world we were in, with [Hillary's] super-delegates and delegates, it just was, ‘He’s not legit – that’s the end of it, period, end of story.’ It wasn’t up for discussion,” Viviano said.

Michele Thomas, a Hillary campaigner from Los Angeles, confirmed to WND that she learned from “many people who were close to Hillary” that Obama “was not eligible to be president.”

Thomas led a nationwide petition drive among delegates to force a vote on Hillary’s nomination at the convention after then-DNC Chairman Howard Dean announced her name would not be put into nomination and Obama would be declared the winner by unanimous acclamation.

Viviano said that it was understood that Bill Clinton would eventually go public with his contention that Obama was ineligible for the presidency.

“He, I believe, was frothing at the mouth to tell the truth about Obama,” she said.

In the meantime, she recalled, the former president would make ironic references in public in which he “teetered” on revealing he position.

“He would go on camera,” Viviano said, “and jokingly make comments about, you know, ‘Is Obama qualified to be president? Well, if he’s 35 and a wink, wink, United States citizen, I guess he’s qualified.’”

She claimed, however, that Bill Clinton’s intention to unequivocally state to the public that Obama was ineligible was stopped in its tracks by the murder of a close friend of the Clintons, Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney, just two weeks before the Democratic National Convention in Denver.

Gwatney was killed Aug. 13, 2008, when a 50-year-old man entered Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock and shot him three times. Police killed the murderer after a chase, and investigators found no motive.

The Clintons said in a statement that they were “stunned and shaken” by the killing of their “cherished friend and confidante.”

Viviano said a campaign staffer who was close to Hillary, whose name she requested be withheld for security reasons, told her Gwatney’s murder was a message to Bill Clinton.

“I was told by this person that that was ‘Shut up, Bill, or you’re next,’” she said.

The campaign adviser, according to Viviano, said that despite the intimidation and threats, Bill Clinton was prepared to speak out about Obama’s eligibility

“And then,” Viviano said, paraphrasing the staffer, “they went in and said, ‘OK, it’s your daughter, now, we’ll go after.’

“And then Bill never said anything.”

Others in the campaign who believe Gwatney’s murder was a message to the Clintons think it had to do with the fact that Gwatney was resisting an effort by the Obama campaign and the party to intimidate Hillary delegates into voting for Obama.

The Department of Justice is currently carrying out a large scale investigation into what they have called racial profiling throughout Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s office.

These so far unproven charges come as Arpaio continues his groundbreaking cold case posse investigation into Obama’s fraudulent birth certificate and Selective Service card.

Negotiations between the two sides have come to a halt after Arpaio, refusing to bow to a clear cut federal power grab, refused to allow a government run embedded monitor in his office.

An article from Abc News essentially came from the controlled government perspective that it is somehow odd that an elected sheriff would not let the federal government hijack his department.

The Justice Department has cut off negotiations with Sheriff Joe Arpaio and officials with the Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff’s Office in its effort to install an independent monitor to rein in the unconstitutional tactics used by officers there.

Arpaio, who calls himself “America’s Toughest Sheriff,” defied the Justice Department suggestion that it could sue the county and the sheriff’s office to force the issue.

“I am the constitutionally and legitimately elected Sheriff and I absolutely refuse to surrender my responsibility to the federal government,” he said in a letter the Justice Department today. “And so to the Obama administration, who is attempting to strong arm me into submission only for its political gain, I say, ‘This will not happen, not on my watch!

Meanwhile, the chief prosecutor of Maricopa County Arizona has accused the DOJ of spreading misinformation and attempting to foment unrest in Arizona.

Demanding that the feds put up or shut up, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery has called out the Federal Government with his clear and public call for information on the case to be released, if it exists.

Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery accused federal officials of spreading misinformation and trying to foment unrest in Maricopa County by not providing proof that Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s agency engages in discriminatory police practices.

Montgomery on Wednesday made his strongest statements yet about the investigation into Arpaio’s office, calling on the U.S. Department of Justice to “put up or shut up” by disclosing what evidence it has in its case.

In an article on Infowars.com, Patrick Henningsen pointed out the connections between the racial profiling investigation and Obama’s push to secure the Hispanic vote as well as the Cold Case Posse’s investigation into Obama himself.

There may be other political reasons to force an Arpaio resignation in 2012, besides what critics claim as currying favor with Arizona’s hispanic voting bloc before the November elections. Not least of all, is because of the Sheriff’s Office’s own Cold Case Posse law enforcement investigation into the validity of President Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service draft card.

According to his team, early returns for the investigation have turned up conclusive evidence on two counts. “What we are looking at is two possible forged government documents”, explains Arpaio.

In the past Arapio has publicly claimed that the DOJ is targeting over a dozen different sheriffs throughout the country in a bid to fully control locally elected sheriffs.

Dr. Jerome Corsi explains the evidence that proves Obama's birth certificate and his selective service registration are both forgeries. The identity of our illegitimate president is unknown. He is most likely an illegal alien.

A presentation by WND’s Jerome Corsi to a standing-room-only crowd has convinced a New Jersey lawmaker and a local sheriff that the issue of President Obama’s eligibility for office “will have to be addressed.”

“The easiest way to put this to rest is to have the records unsealed,” Morris County Sheriff Ed Rochford told the Huffington Post in an email following the April 4 event in Morristown. “Mr. Corsi made a very convincing argument that President Obama may not be a natural born citizen of the United States.”

Likewise, New Jersey Assemblyman Anthony Bucco, R-Boonton, said Corsi’s speech leaves doubts about Obama’s citizenship status. He told the website it is not his place to determine whether Obama is a citizen, and he believes “a higher authority” must resolve the issue.

“I am not in a position to say what he put up on screen is demonstrative of evidence; that is for the court of law,” Bucco said. “This issue has not resolved itself. It won’t until some higher authority is involved.”

The evening was organized by Billy Baer and Dan Haggerty, who cohost the radio program “The Baer Haggerty Offensive” on Repatriot Radio broadcast on WNJC 1360 AM in Philadelphia. Corsi told a crowd of 250 people: “The mainstream media has not given this fair treatment. But this is not going away. We really don’t know who our president is.”

Presenting research from “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” and utilizing a MacBook to show documents on a screen, Corsi used Abode Illustrator software to separate the layers of the document released by the White House and zoomed in on irregularities that show the document is a “bad forgery.” In his presentation, he provided evidence of inconsistencies between Hawaii health officials’ statements that there was no long-form birth certificate and Obama’s release of the purported certificate, and discrepancies concerning the name of the hospital where Obama was said to have been born. Corsi reported that Obama may be using a fraudulent Social Security number. He explained the evidence suggests Obama’s Selective Service documentation is not genuine, and he also discussed the topic of Obama’s school transcripts – which have yet to be released.

“There were many other talking points that I can say raised ‘a red flag,’” Sheriff Rochford said after the event.

According to the report, Bucco said he wouldn’t oppose a requirement that presidential candidates provide evidence of citizenship before getting on the New Jersey ballot.

“I think everyone should be able to provide something that shows citizenship,” Bucco added.

Meanwhile, Bucco warned that the eligibility issue will not simply disappear.

“He’s sitting in the Oval Office and he’s running again,” he said. “Based on the information that this gentleman put out, it’s not going away. This will have to be answered at some time. It will have to be addressed.”
