Benefits of Black Seed
The seeds of the annual flowering plant, Nigella Sativa, have been prized for their healing properties since time immemorial. While frequently referred to among English-speaking cultures as Roman coriander, black sesame, black cumin, black caraway and onion seed, it is known today primarily as black seed, which is at the very least an accurate description of its physical appearance. The earliest record of its cultivation and use come from ancient Egypt.
Black seed oil, in fact, was found in Egyptian pharoah Tutankhamun's tomb, dating back to approximately 3,300 years ago.[i] In Arabic cultures, black cumin is known as Habbatul barakah, meaning the "seed of blessing." It is also believed that the Islamic prophet Mohammed said of it that it is "a remedy for all diseases except death."
Benefits of Black Seed

Many of black cumin's traditionally ascribed health benefits have been thoroughly confirmed in the biomedical literature. In fact, since 1964, there have been 656 published, peer-reviewed studies referencing it.

This, of course, should help folks realize how voluminous the supportive literature indicating the medicinal value of natural substances, such as turmeric and black seed, really is.
Black seed has been researched for very specific health conditions. Some of the most compelling applications include:

• Type 2 Diabetes: Two grams of black seed a day resulted in reduced fasting glucose, decreased insulin resistance, increased beta-cell function, and reduced glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in human subjects.[ii]
• Helicobacter Pylori Infection: Black seeds possess clinically useful anti-H. pylori activity, comparable to triple eradication therapy.[iii]
• Epilepsy: Black seeds were traditionally known to have anticonvulsive properties. A 2007 study with epileptic children, whose condition was refractory to conventional drug treatment, found that a water extract significantly reduced seizure activity.[iv]
• High Blood pressure: The daily use of 100 and 200 mg of black seed extract, twice daily, for 2 months, was found to have a blood pressure-lowering effect in patients with mild hypertension.[v]
• Asthma: Thymoquinone, one of the main active constituents within Nigella sativa (black cumin), is superior to the drug fluticasone in an animal model of asthma.[vi] Another study, this time in human subjects, found that boiled water extracts of black seed have relatively potent anti-asthmatic effect on asthmatic airways.[vii]
• Acute tonsillopharyngitis: characterized by tonsil or pharyngeal inflammation (i.e. sore throat), mostly viral in origin, black seed capsules (in combination with Phyllanthus niruri) have been found to significantly alleviate throat pain, and reduce the need for pain-killers, in human subjects.[viii]
• Chemical Weapons Injury: A randomized, placebo-controlled human study of chemical weapons injured patients found that boiled water extracts of black seed reduced respiratory symptoms, chest wheezing, and pulmonary function test values, as well as reduced the need for drug treatment.[ix]
• Colon Cancer: Cell studies have found that black seed extract compares favorably to the chemoagent 5-fluoruracil in the suppression of colon cancer growth, but with a far higher safety profile.[x] Animal research has found that black seed oil has significant inhibitory effects against colon cancer in rats, without observable side effects.[xi]
• MRSA: Black seed has anti-bacterial activity against clinical isolates of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus.[xii]
• Opiate Addiction/Withdrawal: A study on 35 opiate addicts found black seed as an effective therapy in long-term treatment of opioid dependence.[xiii]

Sometimes the biblical reference to 'faith the size of a mustard seed moving mountains' comes to mind in connection with natural substances like black seeds. After all, do seeds not contain within them the very hope for continuance of the entire species that bore it? This super-saturated state of the seed, where life condenses itself down into an intensely miniaturized holographic fragment of itself, promising the formation of future worlds within itself, is the very emblem of life's immense and immortal power.
If we understand the true nature of the seed, how much life (past, present and future) is contained within it, it will not seem so far-fetched that it is capable of conquering antibiotic resistant bacteria, healing the body from chemical weapons poisoning, or stimulate the regeneration of dying insulin-producing beta cells in the diabetic, to name but only a fraction of black seed's experimentally-confirmed powers.

Moving the mountain of inertia and falsity associated with the conventional concept of disease, is a task well-suited for seeds and not chemicals. The greatest difference, of course, between a seed and a patented synthetic chemical (i.e. pharmaceutical drug), is that Nature (God) made the former, and men with profit-motives and a deranged understanding of the nature of the body made the latter.
The time, no doubt, has come for food, seeds, herbs, plants, sunlight, air, clean water, and yes, love, to assume once again their central place in medicine, which is to say, the art and science of facilitating self-healing within the human body. Failing this, the conventional medical system will crumble under the growing weight of its own corruption, ineptitude, and iatrogenic suffering (and subsequent financial liability) it causes. (Natural News) Chaos has ensued in Ukraine following the attack from Russia.
Citizens of Kiev, the nation’s capital, have reportedly been emptying ATMs of cash and taking refuge wherever they can, while others are desperately trying to flee the area via car, only to discover that there is not enough fuel available for everyone.
Failure to prepare with a larger stockpile of petrol has forced the Ukrainian government to ration what little fuel remains, resulting in long lines and lots of panic.
The rideshare service Uber is reportedly down across nine cities, though it is still live in Bolt and Uklon, which are nearer to the war, to help people in those areas escape to safety.
Panic buying commenced on Thursday after Russian forces started dropping bombs as part of an overnight invasion. Banks, supply shops and gas stations started to run bare as locals learned about the situation.
Traffic also quickly became gridlocked on the main roads out of Kiev despite calls from the government for people to stay at home. Some were able to make it safely across the border into Poland while others are still waiting for their escape.

Many of Ukraine’s city centers are now a ghost town after the government imposed martial law. Vehicles could be seen whizzing past military convoys on their way out of these areas, and some citizens were seen taking up arms themselves.
Vladimir Putin, who is calling this a “special military operation,” has warned other countries like the United States not to interfere. He threatened “consequences you have never seen” for those who try.
Concerning the fuel situation in Ukraine, authorities said that petrol and diesel must be prioritized for civil and military forces, as well as critical infrastructure services.
This is why Uber and other taxi services have had to shut down operations, we are told, issuing the following statement to Interfax-Ukraine:
“Due to growing geopolitical tensions and recent events, we have decided to temporarily suspend the program. The security of all application users is our top priority. We continue to monitor the circumstances and hope that this is a temporary situation.”
Food and other goods are also now being stretched thin as unprepared and scared Ukrainians rushed out to buy food and withdraw money. Whatever goods remain are being snapped up quickly, and there will likely not be enough for everyone.
“Buyers flocked to grab goods while they still can in Kiev, Lviv and Mariupol as Russian forces loomed in the east of the country,” the DailyMail Online reported.
“Hundreds stood outside the facilities as they waited to empty them of stock with some embracing each other as they ready themselves for the enclosing conflict.”
This tragic situation highlights the importance of not just citizens stocking up and being prepared for emergencies, but also governments doing the same. The Russia conflict has been simmering for quite some time now, so preparing for it would seem to have been pertinent.
“Everybody thought western Ukraine was safe because it was close to the EU and NATO nations,” said 44-year-old Maria Palys to the media about how much of the country was, in fact, taken off guard by the invasion.
“It seems like it is not the right protection.”

(Natural News) “The Midnight Sentinel” host JD Rucker urged his viewers during a recent episode of his show to start prepping for economic collapse – or something worse.

Rucker said he’s not the type who would easily fall for catastrophic narratives, noting that he didn’t get all worked up about Y2K at the turn of the millennium or the housing bubble over a decade ago.
He related that he only started to get into prepping in 2010 because of the Obamacare.
“If there was going to be a collapse, you might as well have at least a pretty good supply of food out there. My wife got more into it than I did. We did get the bug out bags, we got stuff like that. We were prepared,” he recalled. (Related: Save and stockpile: Preparing for an economic collapse.)
“The Midnight Sentinel” host also noted that even at the start of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, he’s “not out there telling people that the sky is falling.”
“As a matter of fact, I was trying to help people calm down, [saying] stop buying all the toilet paper. It’s ridiculous,” Rucker said.
But this time, it’s different.

“I look up to everything that we’ve heard the last few months and everything that we’ve heard again the last few days. And I realize, yeah, it does look like the sky is falling. Because it is that bad,” Rucker said.
Now, Rucker isn’t exactly saying there will be an economic collapse. He’s not an economist, never been one – that he readily admitted.
“What I can tell you is that there are lots of bad things happening right now. And so whether it’s for the economic collapse, wars and rumors of wars, another COVID variant, the supply chain breakdown – it’s at least prudent to start prepping if you haven’t already,” he said.
“I do believe, based on everything that’s happening, that it is time to get prepared. I’m not suggesting that everybody go run out and become a prepper per se, but you’ll be foolish to not be prepped up at least a little bit. Rucker explained that there are lots of variables in play, so people need to prepare based on their individual situations. “Could be a housing situation, could be a financial situation, could be all sorts of things,” he said.
Put God above everything else

But whatever your situation is, Rucker said, it’s important to always put God above everything else.
“I do believe that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. And therefore, it would be wrong for me to not mention it. If I don’t, then I’m not being honest,” he said.
“So I have to mention that you could get all the foods you want; you could have a lake-full of water; you could have 30 guns and tens of thousands of rounds of ammunition; you could have a fortress built; you could have all your bug out bags and everything prepped – but all of it is meaningless. It’s meaningless if you’re not right with God first.”
He also mentioned that those who are trying to control the world have goals and desires that run contrary to what the people of faith want.
“People like [Justin] Trudeau, [Emmanuel] Macron, [Scott] Morrison, [Joe] Biden, they have one primary long-term goal. That is the Great Reset – and whether through pandemic, or economic collapse, or wars or whatever, they’re going to try to get rid of us.”
People should be prepared for that eventuality, as well.
