District Attorney Covers Up Romney Felony Case With Fake Investigation

Waukesha County Wisconsin has become known as America's most fraudulent election battleground since April 5, 2012 when the State of Wisconsin held what would become a rigged election for Supreme Court Justice.

It was announced on election day that Democrat challenger, Joane Kloppenburg, won a narrow victory. This became a national sensation when the day after the election Waukesha County Clerk, Kathy Nickolaus, Announced the discovery of an eye popping unsealed and previously uncounted 7500 votes for the incumbent Republican, David Prosser which altered the outcome of the election. The Waukesha County Board Of Supervisors has issued an ultimatum to the County Clerk to diqualify herself from the Governor's Recall election next week or resign.

Ordinarily, such an anomoly in an election would become the subject of a District Attorney investigation, in this case, Republican District Attorney Brad Shimel of Waukesha County. That did not happen
On May 8, 2012, only weeks after the highly unusual anomoly of the Supreme Court election, Presidential candidate Mitt Romney came to town with a plan to commit the Felony crime of election bribery after being told by Wisconsin State authorities not to do it. It was no coincidence that Romney chose Waukesha County to commit his crime. Romney had no fear of criminal prosecution from DA Brad Shimel.

Romney won the Wisconsin Primary by approximately 3000 votes, the same 3000+ votes Romney got, many with Bribes, in Waukesha County.

Romney selected Cousin's Subs located at 1700 Pearl Street in the small community of Waukashee Patch to influence voters to go to the Polls and vote for Romney using gifts in violation of Wisconsin criminal law.

Romney's internal polls were unsettling and indicated that Romney could lose Wisconsin.

The crime was committed openly, on television, and with numerous videos being made with thousands of witnesses.

In an exclusive interview with Patriot Press this week DA Shimel stated he did not have any witnesses. Shimel did not know who Romney was speaking with on election day when bribing voters. DA Shimel stated he intended to issue a written report and not face reporter's questions about his decision to decline the case for lack of witnesses.

The DA's fraudulent claim that he cannot find witnesses is particularly repugnant to the interests of justice because the DA prosecutes thousands of other people with far less evidence than Romney's Felony crime committed on television in front of thousands of witnesses.

Voters left Cousin's sub shop to go to Polling Venues where each voter signed their name next to their residence address. Yet, DA Shimel cannot locate any witnesses.

Employees of Cousin's Sub Shop were never properly questioned by DA Shimel. The employees were witnesses but have been instructed not to comment.

Congressman Paul Ryan was aiding Romney to commit the crime, and who well knew it was a Felony to give gifts to voters on election day. Yet, DA Shimel has not attempted to interview Paul Ryan
DA Shimel has not issued any announcement requesting witnesses to come forward.

Rarely does a Felony crime have so much evidence including television video and thousands of viewing witnesses. Yet, DA Brad Shimel cannot locate any witnesses.

Investigator Dave Witkowski of the Sherriff's Department was assigned to the case. Detective Witkowski stated he did not have authority from DA Brad Shimel to discuss the case only after he was caught admitting that all of the allegations in this story were true and that the investigation was a fake. Detective Witkowski is not an employee of the DA and should not take orders from DA Shimel, but, he does.

Patriot Press has forced a delay of the DA's announcement to decline to file charges against Romney with the strengh of the evidence and legal arguments presented by Patriot Press.

To All Texans, Mitt Ronmey is no Friend to Gun Owners

The second amendment reaffirming our God given right to self-defense against a tyrannical government is alive and well today. We all know Barrack Obama has been for the last three and a half years helping to spur gun sales to record numbers never been seen in my lifetime. The international elites have been trying to grab the guns from the American people. Chances are Barrack Obama has created a stalemate trying to disarm the people because his intentions are exposed. America is now armed to the teeth.

Now the establishment is worried, they are trying to find a way to continue their globalist agenda. Barrack Obama is now damaged goods to the point he has no credibility. The American people have no faith in his leadership, nor wants his agenda either. Now the elites are getting ready to try a bait and switch again putting in the same person with the same agenda, just different rhetoric. Romney’s status in the Republican Party is just a media creation; he has no grassroots base as Ron Paul has.

We all know Mitt Romney is just an establishment hack, the anointed one by the Robber Barons. Mitt is no conservative, nor is he the antidote to President Obama. He is the vanilla Ice version to Obama. They both are for government run Healthcare. President Obama's healthcare plan was modeled after Romney's healthcare plan when he was Governor of Massachusetts. There is no difference between Romney and Obama on where they stand on undeclared wars and big government polices. They both are for the Patriot act and the NDAA. There is no difference between the two people.

Governor Romney is no different then Obama on being anti second Amendment. They both are gun grabbers also. Romney wants to disarm the American people too. Do not buy into the lie he is a member of the NRA, the gun lobby that always compromises our right to be keep and bear arms. He joined the NRA only years ago to pander to the pro gun crowd. Here is proof Romney is anti gun. Do not pay attention to what he says. Here is what he said and done attacking our right to keep and bear arms.

In 2004, When Mitt Romney was Governor of Massachusetts. He signed the Assault Weapons Ban which is still in effect today.

He supported the Brady Bill that was declared unconstitutional by the US Supreme Court in the landmark decision Prinz Mack vs. Brady Bill.

He supported mandatory IDs for Firearm owners

He is for a five-day waiting period when purchasing a firearm.

He supported the Federal Feinstein Gun ban.

Mitt Romney is no friend the gun owners, he is for gun control. We all know what happens when gun control laws are passed in other countries. After the people are disarmed, a reign of terror follows with mass murder of innocent people. Mitt Romney is no friend to Texans who take pride in the heritage with the right to keep and bear arms. He is the enemy to our personal liberty.

This Tuesday on May 29, 2012. I will tell Texans, ignore the local talk radio shows of Clear channel radio, which is owned by Bain Capital, which Romney owns stock in the investment firm. Local Texas talk radio shows are pushing hard for Romney claiming to be conservative because Clear Chanel trying to paint Romney as being conservative as Ronald Reagan. The very Clear Channel stations owned by Bain Capital is promoting their own. Vote Ron Paul, the real Texan and true American where there is nothing phony about him.

These Texans behind the microphone should be ashamed. Ron Paul is a Texan who has been consistent with real conservative values. We must tell the Texas Republican establishment, the local TV stations, local talk radio. We must post on every comment board, calling into these shows and start saying "what about Ron Paul? " and "Why are they not supporting, a real Texan?" Texas must be the Republican establishment anointed one's Waterloo. Romney is anti gun just as much as Obama. Do not be fooled. There is no difference between the two.

Yes. Ron Paul has world economic appeal.

"An imminent market crash that will make 2008 look like a picnic."

How many times have you heard this or read that in the past 2 years or 2 weeks? Doom and gloom, depression and recession, plant your gardens now...etc., etc.

But what happens if the Tampa Bay RNC delegates choose to elect Ron Paul over Mitt Romney, and he eventually becomes president of the United States?

I think the world market would react in a very positive way...

Of course everyone's wealth would increase! NO INCOME TAX is probably the sole reason why America became so rich and prosperous and practically invented the Middle Class. But today, over half of every dollar you earn is taxed, the government is the size of a pregnant pig, America's means of production have been taken over by the pig, and people wonder why there are no jobs?

America's market psychology is in the depression dumps, and no amount of Federal Reserve Prozac can help us. For the first time in history, those who attended college are more unemployed than those who didn't go to college. A lot of people feel royally screwed right now, hence the Occupy Wall Street and anti-capitalist sentiments ringing from sea to shining sea.
These people - the "Why?" Generation - are supposed to be your future investors, Wall Street. But why would anyone invest in McDonald's when they pay their employees as close as possible to the minimum wage after receiving an exemption from Obamacare?

So many people in their early 20's, 30's, 40's want nothing to do with Wall Street anymore. They've yanked the plug. They're taking their money out of stocks, bonds, and banks and "investing," their savings into local credit unions, or just buying a home safe.

So how does America reverse this negative economic trend? Most Americans think we are headed in the wrong direction. Democrats blame Bush. Republicans blame Obama. Democrats blame Bush Sr., Republicans blame Clinton. How about changing direction by electing a president you can't blame for a change?

Do not be fooled by the false left right paradigm, the establishment candidates are just as bad as Obama.

They would just be more of the same.

The state department will be filled with CFR members, probably the exact ones that are in place now as they were with Bush.
