Michael Marin, a former Wall St. Exec who was found guilty of arson after setting fire to his $3.5M mansion due to being unable to pay his $17,500/month mortgage, seems to swallow a pill after he hears the guilty verdict which soon after causes him to convulse and later die.

As the Walls (no pun intended) close in on the corrupt bastards that have raped people of their savings and homes, it is evident that this is their only way out rather than facing the prosecution by the people and doing time for their crimes.

I hope my title at least piqued some curiousity. I've heard and heard about how our grandparents won WWII and made the world safe..... for what?

Justice Roberts spoke an unpleasant truth when he said it's not the Supreme Court's job to save us from poor choices,(or something to that effect). Our chickens really are coming home to roost. How many of your neighbors can tell you who is on "American Idol," or which brainless, talentless movie star is in what rehab, or is going through their latest divorce-du-jour, and has no idea how their Congressional Representative voted last week, or in many cases, even who their Congressman(woman)is?

I've heard people castigate Justice Roberts for his vote, and while I deplore it, I realize that this is the bed we made, and are about to have to sleep in.

Voter ignorance and apathy got us into our current mess, and now some of us are mad because Justice Roberts, for whatever reason, chose not to bail us out? The current occupant of the White House is not there because Roberts put him there. Nor were Reid and Pelosi somehow magically teleported into the offices they either currently or previously disgraced.

WE THE PEOPLE did it, and WE THE PEOPLE have to correct it. Get mad, get motivated and stay that way. There are more of us than there are of them, but it doesn't matter if we stay home. Will we be like Esau in the Bible, and give away our birthright our ancestors fought and sacrificed and died for, for a bowl of beans? Because we have more important things to do than vote? Politicians are our employees, not vice-versa. Unfortunately, many of our employees are apparently in need of constant adult supervision.

Ron Paul will hold a free rally for thousands of his supporters at the University of South Florida Sun Dome, in Tampa, one the day before the August 27 Republican National Convention.

On August 26, a “noontime rally” will open its doors to Ron Paul supporters at 11 a.m. The event, held at The Sun Dome, which seats a little over 10,000 people, is free and the organizers are expecting a robust crowd of delegates and supporters from across the country.

According to organizers, the Sun Dome noontime rally will have “a good speaker line up” – including Ron Paul – as well as music and other events. They expect to rally both Ron Paul’s delegates and supporters in preparation to the convention.
The Sun Dome noontime rally would be followed by two additional events in which Ron Paul supporters will celebrate both his campaign and legacy. Paul Festival 2012 is still being planned for the Florida State Fairgrounds – east of Tampa. The second event, “Freedom Festival 2012,” is also being planned to take place in Polk County. Both festivals would take place between August 24 and 26.

The Redstaters are about to find a rat in their Kool Aid, and we shall never let them forget the taste...

It has been said that Ron Paul followers are uncompromising, irrational, and stuck on principle, but in reality it is the opposition in our own party who have failed our nation by uncompromising ignorance. The health care ruling is a real eye opener in that the Supreme Court has proven itself to be part of the status quo in a political sense, instead of doing it's job by defining law via the Constitution.

The interesting thing about this election cycle is the fact that Ron Paul supporters were called out for acting the same as their uninformed counterparts in the GOP. They say we would never sway from Dr. Paul, but isn't that exactly what our fellow Republicans have done? Back a candidate that is not polling well, and who they know will not uphold any of their principles if pressured in the least, when they had a true statesman to choose from.

Whether it was the racism portrait by the media towards Muslims that they grasped hold of, or the blood lust of endless and undeclared war is beyond my comprehension, but in the end the redstaters will eventually realize the error of their ways.

After the Supreme Court's ruling on ObamaCare, the posts heated up and they were truly focused on one thing: Getting their GOP 'betters' into office to stop and repeal this atrocious law. They still do not realize that the power elite will never relinquish this power, and they will be lied to again and again while they choose the lesser of two evils, simply due to partisan ignorance and misguidance by the media, whose kool aid they drink up like a camel at the 500 mile desert oasis.

This is simply because an actor on Fox acts as if he/she supports their ideals, whether they really do or not.

The interesting part that is about to occur will be to watch all the statists line up and beg the question, how did it happen?

Not that this will give us, the true American patriots, any relief, but it will be bitter sweet watching the sheep awaken to the reality that we are not crazy, we are not conspiracy theorists (but rather curios for truth), and that we, the Paulbots, were right.

And we stood our ground not for political reasons, but for the betterment of our nation, under conservative principles if not a bit more socially liberal mindsets.

So never feel ashamed or embarrassed to be belittled for supporting Dr. Paul or the ideas of liberty. Wear their insults as a badge of honor, and hope for the day that they, the statists realize that corporatism is truly a path to destruction and in the end not the American way.
