"The Court has Ruled. We have a ruling that States the Court believes it is possible to state a claim that The Voting Rights Act (vote your conscience) may apply to The Convention. The Court requires an Amended Complaint to state the claim. We will both file an Amended Complaint as well as file An Appellate Writ at the same time to seek the guidance of both Courts."

"Throughout the ruling, disguised in legal language, the Judge is clearly saying he thinks we can win. People will not understand because it will confuse them that the motion is granted, but, the Judge went on to say "without prejudice to plaintiffs" which means our case is quite alive."

Here's the research to hit people in the face with. Case closed.

Continuing the bizarre shadow dance with reality, the major media has reported that Ron Paul has indeed won the five state minimum required to be on the ballot for nomination at the Republican Convention this month, even as it continues to imply the opposite. The latest parallel universe is the Nebraska story, in which "Ron Paul's Delegate Insurgency Ends." This is ABC News.

That's right, ABC News:

"Nebraska could have given Paul the support of a plurality of delegates in five states; according to Republican National Committee rules, Paul would have been officially eligible as a candidate for the nomination at the Tampa convention. Organizers would be required to grant Paul’s faction up to 15 minutes for a nominating speech."

But the media forgot its own reporting. Ron Paul has already won six states, and maybe more: Nevada, Maine, Minnesota, Louisiana, Iowa, and Washington.

Washington Post: "Ron Paul wins majority of Nevada delegates":

"Thanks to organized Paul supporters, who have been working to increase their candidate’s support at state conventions around the country, 22 of the 25 Nevada delegates up for grabs will be Paul supporters."

It looks like quite a little revolt is brewing in Maine over what to do about the fact that the Republican state convention decided to send to Tampa a delegation composed of Ron Paul stalwarts. The Press Herald, in Portland, is fronting a story today saying that a compromise scheme being pressed by the state party chairman, a backer of Governor Romney, has been rejected by Dr. Paul’s supporters, setting the stage for what the Press Herald calls “a political showdown that could see the state lose its coveted delegate seats.” The Press Herald reports this could be sorted out later this week at a meeting of Republican leaders in Washington.

Mr. Romney, in our view, is making an error of judgment here. His loyalists are complaining that the reason that 20 of the 24 delegates seats from Maine went to Ron Paul supporters is because the rules were broken and the Ron Paul rowdies essentially took over the convention that chose the delegation. The wiser course would be to use the Ron Paul delegations as a chance to bring Dr. Paul and his movement into the party, so as to help erect the kind of big tent Republicanism that President Reagan put up to win the White House in 1980. The worst thing Mr. Romney could do is suggest that there is no room in the party for the principles that Dr. Paul has been pressing.

Obama fights ban on indefinite detention of Americans

Please share this article with anyone who is still an Obama supporter. He obviously has an agenda that underminds the freedoms of the nation.

The White House has filed an appeal in hopes of reversing a federal judge’s ruling that bans the indefinite military detention of Americans because attorneys for the president say they are justified to imprison alleged terrorists without charge.

Manhattan federal court Judge Katherine Forrest ruled in May that the indefinite detention provisions signed into law late last year by US President Barack Obama failed to “pass constitutional muster” and ordered a temporary injunction to keep the military from locking up any person, American or other, over allegations of terrorist ties. On Monday, however, federal prosecutors representing President Obama and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta filed a claim with the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals in hopes of eliminating that ban.

DHS and US Military Make Final Preparations Before Announcing Martial Law

Informants and military personnel are coming forth anonymously to confirm that martial law “is right around the corner.” However, right now we are under a silent martial law and citizens are reporting strange and unexplainable activity from the US armed forces and multiple federal agencies that point to a covert preparatory operation to completely lock down America in the very near future.

Sources from multiple locations across the nation have independently confirmed that the US military are repositioning soldiers in conjunction with allied foreign troops in the initial stages of martial law.

The US military are secretly moving massive amounts of “equipment” across the country consistently for more than a year. In Phoenix, Arizona, tractor-trailers transporting tanks on public highways have been spotted. One witness stated that he saw these flatbeds multiple times in the month of June. Eye witness reports are coming primarily from the northern and southern Border States.

Peter Santilli, an ex-marine informant who was a specialist in aviation deployed weapons, explains that a refrigerated truck, allocated by the administration department on base, was directed to the commissary, where the unsuspecting driver believed that he was transporting food. The weapon was placed at the head of the trailer, and covered up with either food stores (like cans of soup) or body bags. In the event that the truck is stopped en route, the weapon would be well hidden and go undetected by inspectors on the public highways.

Santilli, who was assigned to ride in the cab of the truck with the driver, says that his orders were to make sure the truck arrived at its destination. If there were problems concerning potential civil unrest, he was to radio into his superiors for aid by either air or ground support. Should the situation warrant serious attention; crowd control methods would be implemented.

One possible scenario was the use of cluster bomb units (CBUs) that will emit upon detonation, a “sleep and kill” chemical weapon that will not disturb infrastructure, but is lethal to all living things within the effected zone. Santilli describes these particular 3 unit CBUs as shaped like water-heaters with a coned top and plunger-like device. Once deployed in the air, a parachute assists these CBUs to the targeted area. And when detonated, a deadly chemical gas will kill every human and animal in the specified cordoned area.

Richard Gilbert speaks about Romney's "Crime Syndicate" (his lying, cheating, stealing of the election), and Romney's support of NDAA, Drones, and other Evils.

He goes on to talk about the Duty of Ron Paul supporters to fight until the battle is over (win or lose) to restore the US Constitution by electing Ron Paul POTUS.

Now that the Campaign has officially challenged the Oregon, Louisiana, and Mass. delegate "results" (achieved by outright criminal activity by Romney and local GOP thugs), maybe you can think about supporting Richard, his team, and our Lawsuit against the RNC, and State GOP Chairmen - seeking to unbind the Delegates in Tampa!!

(Unbind by court order - not by some GOP rule or "promise" - which they have proven time and again can be broken when convenient.)

In 1983, Bill Bain asked Mitt Romney to launch Bain Capital, a private equity offshoot of the successful consulting firm Bain & Company. After some initial reluctance, Romney agreed. The new job came with a stipulation: Romney couldn't raise money from any current clients, Bain said, because if the private equity venture failed, he didn't want it taking the consulting firm down with it.

When Romney struggled to raise funds from other traditional sources, he and his partners started thinking outside the box. Bain executive Harry Strachan suggested that Romney meet with a group of Central American oligarchs who were looking for new investment vehicles as turmoil engulfed their region.

Romney was worried that the oligarchs might be tied to "illegal drug money, right-wing death squads, or left-wing terrorism," Strachan later told a Boston Globe reporter, as quoted in the 2012 book "The Real Romney." But, pressed for capital, Romney pushed his concerns aside and flew to Miami in mid-1984 to meet with the Salvadorans at a local bank.

It was a lucrative trip. The Central Americans provided roughly $9 million -- 40 percent -- of Bain Capital's initial outside funding, the Los Angeles Times reported recently.

And they became valued clients.

Current GOP leaders advocate HUGE government, big deficits and perpetual wars. These are DEMOCRAT policies.

Current GOP leaders are DEMOCRATS not Republicans.

It then makes perfect sense why DEMOCRAT GOP leaders picked loser DEMOCRAT Romney. They did not want a REPUBLICAN WINNER to run.

Romney has a long history of supporting Democrat policies and candidates, going back to 1992.

It also makes perfect sense as to why Rupert Murdoch endorsed Romney.

He also supported reckless spending socialist Tony Blair in the UK.

The media have covered all this up.

Will GOP delegates in Tampa meekly follow their DEMOCRAT leaders advice & pick loser DEMOCRAT Romney or will they pick a REPUBLICAN WINNER?
