No they can't end DACA 2012 now. It's still under the court ruling from the injunction to remain in effect. When the case is dismissed which should happen in a few days or within 2 weeks for sure, that's the time period the court gave them to comment and dismiss, then they can sort of end DACA 2012 by refusing new applications and renewals, but they have to notify them individually, they have to give them a response, then wait for their response and on and on. So without going through that 800,000 times, they will probably just let their work permits expire so it will take two years from whenever that happens to be finished with DACA 2012, and then it will be over UNLESS Congress bribes them during Appropriations which is how this DACA thing started to begin with.

We want money for the wall, new technologies, more ICE Agents, more Border Patrol Agents, Entry-Exit Visa System, and a lot of things that cost money and require appropriations so ... whew .... when Trump says it's "hard", it's "tough", he's really talking about the process of how to end this DACA Disaster Turd Ball.

But he's taken the action needed to get the ball rolling.

Absolutely, Beezer!! Everyone here illegally has got to go. We need the aid and assistance of state and local law enforcement and we need it now. There are 800,000 trained, equipped, and sworn police officers at the state and local level who must help US solve this problem. We must put out pleas to them to do their patriotic duty to help US remove these people from our country. They know who they are, where they are and what they're doing. This removal can be accomplished Easy Peasy in less than 2 years if our state and local police officers would assist our country with the arrests, detentions, deportations and removals.

You are so very wrong. President Trump or Secretary Kelly can end DACA on a minutes notice if so desired. Your old excuse of DACA ending on June 15th didn't pan out, so now you've came up with another excuse to shield the Trump administration. This is not something you should continue to dream up excuses for.

LOL!! But it did pan out. That's why we're chatting about the actions taken by Sessions, Kelly and Trump on June 15 to end DAPA and DACA. I fully expect we'll be chatting about it again within 2 weeks when the Texas lawsuit is officially dismissed and the court order on DACA 2012 removed. That's because:

Like I said, President Trump or Secretary Kelly could end DACA this very minute if they so desired. The DACA amnesty program didn't end on June 15th as you predicted and it won't end in two weeks as you're now predicting. Time to stop offering Trump cover on this issue.

It's time for you to admit that I was right about them taking action in June, exactly like Sean Spicer said in a press conference months ago when asked about DACA, "the thinking is we'll let it expire in June". It's not my fault nor their concern if you don't understand what's going on. They want this low-key and played under the radar. It's what he referred to during his campaign when asked how he was going to deport 11 million illegal aliens and he turned his head and said to reporter behind him who shouted the question "management".

This President wants an end to illegal immigration in all of its forms, once and for all. It was a signature issue of his campaign and one of his two key reasons for running for President. This President has been called every ugly name in the book because of his stance against illegal immigration and non-beneficial immigration. He doesn't want anchor babies on Medicaid, he doesn't want illegal aliens stealing jobs from Americans or depressing their wages, he doesn't want the crime, the drunk drivers, the welfare, the tax credits welfare, identity theft, human smuggling, foreign drug cartels, gang-bangers like MS-13, foreign languages in public schools, illegal aliens burdening taxpayers at all levels, he doesn't want any of it. But it's a Public Relations, Legal and Political Nightmare to maneuver through the process to obtain a lasting outcome, it takes skill and determination, and fortunately this President has extraordinary quantities of both, whereas others did not and failed which is why he will win and prevail, without your support.

So the ball is rolling on all illegal immigration issues including DACA. We'll see what the future brings remembering that President Trump wants to deport all 30 million plus illegal aliens, not just DACAS.

To achieve this in a 2 year period, we need the aid of state and local law enforcement officers. Republicans need to unite on this and make it happen. Republicans control 32 state legislature and have 33 Governors. Now is the time for STATES RIGHTS TO REIGN. Every state with a Republican legislature and/or Governor needs to authorize every state and local law enforcement agency to enforce US immigration law in cooperation with federal authorities to allow and engage their officers to find, arrest and detain illegal aliens simply because they are in their state in violation of US law.

They also need to develop a state deportation order system, using the same people who approve bail bonds and rule on traffic citations, and ask the two simple questions,of are you a US citizen, and if no, do you have valid unexpired documents to be in the US, and if no again, with a no and no, then out you go. Coordinate with the feds so the feds can make the necessary arrangements with the foreign countries and transportation arrangements, update computer records, etc., etc., then out they go within 24 hours.

Time to wrap your head around this fact: President Trump does not want to deport those folks enrolled in the DACA amnesty program and he has no intention of doing so. He is waiting on a legalization bill from the U.S. Congress.

You were wrong about DACA expiring on June 15th and you're wrong to offer Trump cover on DACA. He or Secretary Kelly could in the program on a minutes notice. However, as we both know, that's not the plan.

LOL!! I know you're annoyed that Trump took the action to revoke the 2014 DAPA and DACA Expansion exactly on the date I said he would, June 15, the day DACA 2012 expired. And that is all I'm going to say about it.

Actually Trump promised to end all Obama illegal programs and executive orders on day one, not June 15th as you're saying. Furthermore, June 15th was more or less an arbitrary date since Trump had no intention of allowing DACA to actually expire (the program continues). Hmm, the program is still in effect, isn't it? That's a rhetorical question by the way.

You've said repeatedly that Trump would allow DACA to expire on June 15, 2017 (you were wrong). I don't recall you ever saying anything about DAPA and the extension expiring on June 15th. Additionally, I've seen nothing about those programs, which were rejected by the courts, expiring on June 15th.
