We need confirmation on this fast if it is true. I just read a post on our YouTube account beneath the video clip about the child and two women that were killed by the illegal alien.

AURORA, Colo. (Map, News) - A judge has raised the bond to $250,000 for a man accused in a hit-and-run crash that killed three people in Aurora. Twenty-three-year-old Francis Hernandez appeared in an Arapahoe County courtroom Monday to be advised that he is being held on three counts of vehicular homicide, reckless driving, and hit and run.

He is accused of running a red light in his SUV and hitting a pickup, which was sent hurtling into an Aurora ice cream store. Two women in the pickup, Patricia Guntharp and Debra Serecky, were killed instantly and a boy in the store, Marten Kudlis, died later of his injuries.

Defense attorney Kallman Elinoff says Hernandez is distraught over the deaths. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have issued a hold for Hernandez, who will be formally charged on Thursday.

Hernandez is currently on an immigration hold, which means he will be released to immigration authorities if the charges were dropped and the state releases him. ICE said they would start formal deportation proceedings and permanently ban him from re-entering the country.

The man accused of running a stop sign and causing a crash this week that killed a 17-year-old Port Washington boy is an illegal immigrant who was convicted in Wisconsin in December of first-offense drunken driving, authorities confirmed Friday.

A criminal complaint charging Eddie Carbajal-Lile with hit and run resulting in death also indicates that he consumed five or six beers before the crash Tuesday that killed Paul Watry.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., on Friday accused the Obama administration of ignoring the murder of Americans at the hands of illegal immigrants, and said this time, Obama's failed immigration policy has contributed to the death of a veteran.

Goodlatte was talking about the murder of Marilyn Pharis, who was allegedly killed in July by Victor Martinez Ramirez, an illegal immigrant.

Cung Duong was shot and killed during a robbery at his home on South 19th Street. Before he died, Duong fired back at his attackers - hitting one. Police say 31-year-old Angel Rivera-Figueroa of Harrisburg checked himself into the hospital that night - claiming he was shot by someone who tried to rob him on the Mulberry Street bridge. Rivera-Figueroa was released from the hospital Friday and arrested. 23-year-old Carlos Lopez-Malave and 30-year-old Felipe Vega, both of Harrisburg, were also arrested. All three men face homicide charges.

An illegal alien with a five page rap sheet ran over and killed father, husband and son Justin Goodman, of Denver, Colorado, 18 months ago. The drunken Mexican fled the scene and left Justin for dead before being discovered six months later.

In Charlotte, North Carolina Min Soon Chang, an eighteen year old UNCC student, had the fatal misfortune to meet an illegal alien driver. The illegal alien driver was charged with driving more than 100 mph the wrong way on I-485, killing Min Soon Chang.

Tony Grier, Afro-American, 49, while walking down a road, was hit and killed by Geronimo Leocadio Villa-Gomez., who veered off the road and hit Grier. Gomez’ blood alcohol level was .20. ICE says he was in the country illegally.
