HORROR: Illegal Alien Criminal with Prior DUIs Kills New Jersey Mother, 11-Year-Old Daughter in Head-On Collision

Four years of open borders under Joe Biden continued to affect Americans. We must not forget, it was that regime that is responsible for the death of so many innocent American citizens.

A mother and her 11-year-old girl were killed in a head-on collision in New Jersey on July 27th by an illegal alien criminal from Mexico.

Raul Luna Perez was arrested after he crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck the vehicle that had killed Maria Pleitez and her daughter Dayanara Cortes. One child who survived the crash was hospitalized.

Perez was arrested and charged with two counts of vehicular homicide and assault by local law enforcement, according to Homeland Security.

New Jersey has been known to be a sanctuary state, which resulted in Perez being released despite his past crimes. He had two previous DUIs in 2025 alone. He was also arrested for domestic violence in 2023. It is not known when and where he entered the US.

Homeland Security reported:

WASHINGTON — Raul Luna Perez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, caused a deadly crash in New Jersey that killed a mother and her 11-year-old daughter. Another child was hospitalized.

Local authorities charged this illegal alien with two counts of vehicular homicide and assault.

On July 27, 2025, the Lakewood New Jersey Police Department arrested Raul Luna Perez after he crossed into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle head-on.

On June 25, 2023, the Red Bank Police Department arrested Raul Luna Perez for simple domestic violence.

On March 20, 2025, the Red Bank Police Department arrested Raul Luna Perez for a DUI.

On April 17, 2025, the Red Bank Police Department arrested Raul Luna Perez for a DUI.

Thanks to New Jersey Governor Murphy’s sanctuary polices, he was released into American communities. He entered the U.S. illegally at an unknown date and location.
