    Moped Driver Killed in Guilford County Hit-and-Run Accident

    Moped driver Timothy Jones Minor was killed on Saturday evening in Guilford County, North Carolina.

    The accident happened on Liberty Road near Blackmoor Road.

    Apparently, a truck passed another vehicle then struck Mr. Minor as it returned to the lane. The driver of the truck, reportedly a full-sized Dodge, fled the scene.

    Mr. Minor was taken to Moses Cone Hospital but did not survive.
